Honda supposedly has had problems with alcohol in the past. I'm sure Glasgow would be top of his list of places to detox.

Are Everton waiting for a new bank card before they put their bid in?
Nah mate, their direct debit got messed up and they're waiting for a cheque to clear
They’re negotiating with Southampton.

Why are so many English players called Harry all of a sudden?

Edit: nevermind, he's Welsh.
It’s not restricted to the football, the country is hoaching with 20 year olds named Harry at the moment.

Just before they were born a young ginger lad got everyone’s motherly instincts all fired up whilst walking behind a herse. And William is a dreadful name.
In a couple of years we’re going to tripping over people called Alfie, Ollie, Charlie and Harry. Forname diminutives have now became proper first names.
Liam? One example been going on for ages.

Maybe their Paypal account has been frozen.
Banking with the TSB, they have to queue for hours just to get the cash out.

CELTIC boss Brendan Rodgers faces a major battle to convince Liverpool to loan him Harry Wilson.

The Welsh international is among Brendan Rodgers’ top targets, along with Hibs midfielder John McGinn.

The Hoops have already failed in a bid of around £1.5million for McGinn but will go back in again.

The Scottish champions are keen on a season-long loan for Wilson, but it’s understood the Anfield club are reluctant to sanction the deal.

Wilson is in talks with Liverpool over a new contract, and is also on the verge of Jurgen Klopp’s first team.

If they do decide to put the 21-year-old out on loan again they would prefer to keep him in England after his successful loan spell at Hull City last season.

The Tigers and Championship rivals Norwich City are among clubs who want him back.

Another major reservation Liverpool have is the fact that Charly Musonda’s loan move from Chelsea to Celtic ended prematurely and without great success.

Patrick Roberts did prove slightly more successful when he came up from Manchester City, although his second spell wasn’t as productive.

The one thing that Rodgers has in his favour is that he has worked with Wilson before at Anfield.

Celtic are trying to tie up business ahead of tonight’s Champions League deadline, although they can still field a wildcard signing against FC Alashkert after that.

Everton are also expected to push on with their £25m bid for Kieran Tierney in the coming days.

The Musonda nonsense is straight off the Swamp.

Pretty much word for word - you’d almost think that’s where it came from.

WANTED BHOY Celtic ace Boyata targeted by Fulham after impressive World Cup with Belgium
THE 27-year-old has just one year left on his current Parkhead deal and the Hoops could choose to cash in on him this summer. He was a key player for Belgium in the group stages of the tournament in Russia before making way for Vincent Kompany against Japan in the round of 16.

Edouard is a much different story. The fee was already set. Plus I don't think it cane anywhere near to £9m from the off. I'm more getting at the fact that we're intentionally low balling Hibs for a decent player, after a player who rarely featured for us last season left for £7m only weeks ago. And although we've had Roberts the last few seasons, we've known he was leaving since day one. But here we are trying to get ANOTHER YEAR LONG LOAN FROM A PL CLUB! It's frustrating when the fans can see the gaps in the squad and the board want to put a plaster on it again. Especially when we clearly have the money to go out and buy a very decent player.

We're not lowballing Hibs. John McGinn might be worth over £3million to them but he isn't to us. If Hibs can get someone to spend the amount they want fir McGinn well congratulations to them.

I absolutely hate the transfer window.
Being a Celtic fan is a 24 hour of the day 365 day of the year thing, the close season is a part of that.
C'mon Celtic, help us through these weeks by signing someone we can all get excited about.
I realise that established stars will be out with our price range but surely a couple of known and promising youngsters are not beyond us, and I don't mean Loans.

todays is an important day with DD and BR meeting

when the club was run under PL complete control and we had his patsy manager we saw the relative failure that delivered - no cl revenue for 2 yrs running and losing to a crap huns team

when the club was run with PL and NL we had a balance of hits and misses and performance on and off park and recruitment which on whole (and i think a lot down to NL, Gary Parker and Mjallby) was relatively successful

with PL and BR the success has been unparalleled although the market has moved away from us on players and getting the balance in terms of recruitment seems to be even harder - i think its fair to say that it feels as if congerton is not performing that well (and let's face it his track record is abysmal) and whilst we can rely on BR to keep improving players its a helluva stretch to keep having to do so during qualifiers for CL.

with boyata into last year and jozo always a concern, kt's future at best uncertain, lustig far from fit enough for a season and back up bar ajer not of great quality theres some job to be done

in part they did try to address this with compper in jan but theyve known for months he isn't doing it

they've done great with rogic eduoard and may do same with dembele but with rosenborg not that far away (and i know theres one before that) we need to move on a number of fronts quickly and john mcginn is simply a distraction at moment

So far in this window it says it all if the height of our transfer targets is McGinn. I don't think he is good enough for Celtic.
