Scott Allan is utter dung. Nowhere near good enough as a player. Good passer of the ball and that is it.

Would hate to see Tierney leave but I don't understand the sniffy attitude towards Everton. It is pretty tiresome to see Man City, Liverpool, Man Utd, Chelsea, Spurs and Arsenal being considered the only worthwhile teams in England. City, and Chelsea in particular have been nothing special (occasionally getting relegated) for most of their history. It would be nice for another club to challenge and it would be nice to think that players like KT are kickstarting a revival in a club like Everton.

We can sniff at Southampton but not Everton.

Would rather he stayed at Celtic though.
Folk are being sniffy because other folk seem to think the first club down south to make eyes at our player will see the player disappear over the horizon. In reality Everton are at best mid table also rans in that league down there. At worst relegation threatened.
apparantly Everton see KT as Bains long term replacement , what a joke. If i was KT i'd be insulted by that and tell them to bolt. I'd rather he stayed , but if he were to go i'd want over 30m for him and if i was him i'd head for Spurs.

He is a good player but just too slow for us. He also loses interest when he loses the ball and is very keen to blame someone else.....Shame....SELL....!!

Wouldn't Tottenham need to want to sign him first? And be willing to part with a considerable fee to do so?

They dont strike me as the kind of club that lash out that kind of cash for a Scottish based player.

KT will leave at some point in the next year or two if he continues to impress. Can't see Everton signing him this window though.

If KT were to sign for Man Utd he'd be their first pick LB immediately and the best one at the club.

Everton are a good club, definitely capable of much more but I feel as if Tierney doesn't need a stepping stone move. He could go right in just about anywhere down there.

Having said all that. Keep.

Doesn’t matter what type of club they are. Most of the EPL have the money to meet our valuation.

If the club agree to sell, that changes the dynamic

Joint 2nd with assists last season

On loan at 2 different clubs

Working harder off the ball, tracking back etc

Fact is he has a chance

Few people on twitter saying we’ve offered a contract to Andreas Bjelland

Danish centre half from Brentford after a bit of wiki scanning.

Not since they got burnt (allegedly) for Hutton.

Getting on a bit
[ * * * * * * * * * * ]
In an interview a couple of days ago Rodgers said that they've got a duty to every player under contract to provide them a good pre-season and get them fit regardless of whether they'll be playing for us. Allan was the one who immediately sprang to mind for me when he said that. He's also made comments to the effect of Allan should go somewhere to get game time and Allan is a good fit for Hibs.

I guess it depends what you mean by 'has a chance'. I'd say Allan's chance is in Lloyd Christmas territory.

I know you have inside info and you are close to Allan but he isn't good enough. If he is seen as the answer the question must be "Who can be a squad player behind Brown, NtCham, Rogic and McGregor?" To me that is pretty disappointing as we should always be looking to improve the starting XI. Or aybe they fancy a squad player who'll be happy to be here and won't have to worry about getting his head turned.

That was a weird one at the time. The Spurs manager didn't have a clue who Hutton was and iirc Rangers owed the Spurs owner money.

I like Allan and his style. He has talent but for me lacks confidence and belief. If BR can get that out of him we might have a player
