Wee Barry reckons player should be called out and you can't knock back managing rangers. There's a big rebuilding job that should be relished.
Celtic are laughing at Rangers and that should hurt the players but the sad thing is I don't think it does - Barry Ferguson Barry says the players should have shown that they care in the defeat to Celtic and reckoned the result could have been worse.

Another Old Firm horror show. It’s a struggle to find the words to describe it. Dumbstruck after sitting through a game which clarified just how big the gap is between Celtic and Rangers.
After the last humiliation in the Scottish Cup semi-final I said it had been a sad watch and a hard watch. But if anything this was even worse. Watching Celtic players pointing over at the Rangers end when there’s nobody there and laughing, it hurts. I am speaking from the heart, it’s the most difficult thing to assess what happened so soon after having to sit through it. As a Rangers fan it’s difficult to watch Mikael Lustig putting on a policeman’s hat to celebrate a goal. I hope it’s hurting those guys in the dressing room but that’s the worrying thing, I don’t think it really hurts them.
Were there choice words said at full-time? I doubt it. There should have been heads rolling, people should have been squaring up to one another, boys should be getting called out.
That what happens with teams who have a winning mentality, people who don’t deliver get called out. But I worry nothing has been said, it’s straight into the shower and straight onto the bus. Let’s be honest, there were five goals but it could have been far worse had it not been for the goalie Jak Alnwick. He pulled off some decent saves and, incredibly after a 5-0 defeat, it’s the keeper who is emerging with a bit of credit. I don’t think it’s a lack of professionalism, it’s more a lack of knowledge of the game. It’s a collective failure rather than pinning blame on individuals. It’s all well and good to turn up against Hearts, Aberdeen and others but when it comes to Celtic there is a huge problem.
There are different pressures involved in Old Firm games. I believed there would be a new approach after the Cup loss but I was wrong. Once again it was far too easy for Celtic. After that game I believed the squad would have been working overtime on a plan in training. They had the chance to delay Celtic’s title party and there was a massive need to show a bit of pride in themselves. But there was none of it. It was men against boys. When it comes to Celtic, there appears to be a mental block within this Rangers side. I have been turned over by Celtic before. But there’s a huge difference between getting turned over and being easily beaten. That’s two different things entirely. In the 3-2 loss at Ibrox, I felt Rangers were the better team and there was some progression. That has proven to be a false dawn. Celtic are the better team by a country mile. Hibs pressed them last week, they showed courage and intensity to beat Celtic. But Rangers couldn’t get close. The league table doesn’t lie, Celtic have been far and away the best side and congratulations to them for that.
It was a struggle from the word go for Rangers but we just need to get through to the end of the season and focus on getting second place. I heard someone say they would run a mile if they were Steven Gerrard but I don’t agree.
This is a fantastic club and a fantastic job. Whether it’s Gerrard or someone else, you can’t knock back the job of managing Rangers. Whoever gets it will see the problems and know there is so much work needed done behind the scenes. There are a lot of players going back to their parent clubs, others are coming out of contract so there’s a big rebuilding job ahead.
What a performance that was yesterday, we kept the best to the last, not a weakness in the whole team. I watched it in the Friars Walk Tavern in Cork, great atmosphere in a great Celtic pub, if you are ever in Cork it is a must visit. What about Lustig with the cops hat, mad basket but a great Celtic man.
So I guess he’s officially a bastard - strange ward all the same
The John Grieg achievement award? Is that handed out to whichever player is the most staunch?
The last zombie out of the ground today should have won it, with his staunch display of staunchness as he made his way down from the upper tier with his Butcher’s apron proudly being waved Then he thought better about taking it home with him, so he left it hanging there like a cheap beach towel in Benidorm

Why were they holding their POTY awards the same night as the SPFA awards? Is this something else they are boycotting for some imagined slight?
They're raging that Barton and Alves weren't just given the POTY award at the beginning of the past two season on the strength of the hype that the SMSM fed them, and which they eagerly swallowed.
If you really want to rile the huns in your work up just say that they really missed Walllace and Miller. You might not get them in full ranting mode but you’ll see the absolute rage that burns inside them.

They are in full blown head down, ignore, don’t even start mode today.
The only thing that will cheer them up is Moonbeams.

Because they're such a small time, snidey outfit, with no chance of nominations at the SPFA awards, they have their own do on the same night. They've got previous for it too.
Yep. Failed to attend after we mauled them 1-5 last season, if I remember correctly?
That time it was a dummy spit, but this time it was the SPFA who stuffed up the timing.
Sevco & Hibs both had their end of year awards last night so neither attended. Also Celtic flew out to Tenerife yesterday and also didn't attend (I believe).
Love to stick it into Sevco like everyone else, but on this occasions SPFA at fault arranging awards same night.
