It’s becoming increasingly clear that very few reporters or pundits actually know the meaning of the word investment.
Much like the rest of the hun support.
And anybody who accepts ole glib and shameless’ promises needs their head examined and shouldn’t be allowed out on their own.

Stupid is as stupid idoes.

He will be sifting through the rubble of a potentially lucrative and/or successful managerial career by the year end.

Anything that raises the profile of the Scottish game is good for us. Whatever they do, Celtic will respond. We let a double league-winning manager go because he lost a penalty shoot-out to them. Edouarde is just the start.

Brendan would never say it but I'll bet our players cheer if they hear Gerrard is stupid enough to take the job. Treble treble coming up. :) :)

There's an obvious contradiction in having a vast fortune to spend yet only being able to find an untried youth manager to take the job. The propaganda being put out here relies on two clearly faulty assumptions: 1) that King can and will keep his word, and 2) that Gerrard isn't an egotistical thicko.

Investment can’t just happen

Some minor legal shampoo in the way re TOP and then releasing all remaining shares that’ll turn loans to equity too?

Not seeing that cash for a bit and it’s not a sustainable amount of cash

Its a one season deal that

Someone can’t just roll up and say here ye go - 20 million a year for the next three years - it’s not allowed

And they’ll be expecting a return

This’ll end in orc tears

Got told last Friday that Gerrard was a done deal. Appears it’s Also got told a rich foreign investor is ready to plough big money into Rangers and Gerrard was just waiting for it to get signed off/find out his budget. Don’t think he considers job if that isn’t the case.

He was obviously listening to Guidi on SSB last Friday

I don't remember any negative press about Gerrard, :ponder: apart from the untrue stories in 2010 about Super Injunctions. :nono:
If he does go to the huns however, expect the stories to be scrubbed from Google asap. :twitch:

Are they using more Wonga money? This time to fund an U18 coach, because he's got a big profile, and not a safe pair of hands? And they're happy about this?

We actually did break them. They've gone maximum bananas, full coco-loco. An inveterate gambler has been given a loan of cash and instead of paying the bills, they're away down the bookies to put it on a 10/1 nag. If they died again we'd need to resurrect them again.

It's a bit odd. If they can afford to back Gerrard with the cash he demands they can afford a proper manager with experience, surely?

For a club in their position they need young, cheaper players and a good expensive manager who isn't learning on the job. Kind of like us really.

Anyway, will be funny to see him cry when we pump them again.

It's certainly a head scratcher.

Whatever the plan is,it kinda doesn't make sense.

Also all the pundits Murphy, Wright ,Shearer etc seem to think SG will make a good manager.

There's not a shred of evidence that he will be.

Interesting summer coming up.

Always hated Gerrard a thick twat that happened to be good at football.

Can’t wait to see him in his club tie, brown brogues and flanked by the fat slug.

This is going to be glorious.

Did he say where from?

All the directors there can't get away from King quickly enough, so who's going to be associated with him on this latest wheeze?

If there is new money available, I'd really like to know how this "investment" (in Huns-speak) is being introduced -

Loan / debt for equity ?

Sponsorship ?

Stadium naming ?

Secured loan ?

Sale of asset ?

Major investment coming , talk of £50 million, but decided against paying £4 million of that for Sean Dyche who apparently wanted to go to them, is touted as the next England manager and is highly thought of down south, and if we are honest ,would stand a decent chance of improving them, naw they decided it was much better to keep that money and give it to an under 18 s coach who has a fifty percent win rate.

Some Celtic fans really need to take the head out the sand.

Yes the hun are a monstrous basket case (of assets) run by a shameless liar but there is no way Gerrard is taking the job without at the very least assurances on a slightly larger budget than Pedro et all.

If there's funding coming in it's almost certainly through some of dodgy Daves contacts.

They couldn't afford to sack Warbs and Weiry, to pay Barton off, to pay Pedro, to pay Alves/Pena weekly wage etc etc acording to literally hundreds on here.

I can't imagine it's that difficult to run a corrupt and ultimate rotten business when you are a tried and tested Glib.

:ponder:

But their current football budget (overspend) should be more than enough to secure 2nd

3 or 4 times Aberdeen's / Hibs' ?
