Evening Times running a poll now....

Think it says more about their readership than the ongoing results its throwing up...

Chris Jack's article, begging all SPL clubs to rally round the huns on MacLennan, says all you need to know about that rag.

Does BFDJ not still do stuff for the ET?

Heard a couple of sevco supporters in the gym talking about it and said they would be signing it as soon as they got home. Adamant that nobody could stop the walks but signing it anyway :boik:

The whole of Ireland is full of fecks that don't like Celtic anyway, throw in their former hero of a captain of their boyhood beloved EPL team managing their city rivals - one winner there

eff off with that generalised anti-Irish bullshampoo you pair of muppets. Any of my Irish Liverpool supporting mates are asking the same question about Gerrard's appointment as I'm asking myself - why on earth would he take over that clustereff of a club?

Very decent goal scoring record in youth football in Italy and in the Olympics. Had a decent record (5 in 12) with Breda last year but only played 12 games and only 6 starts. He's very tall so at youth level that tends to mean goals.
He's played fewer than 30 games in his senior career and scored fewer than 10 goals.
On paper, his appearances and goalscoring record is not a million miles away from that of Edouard so I’ll reserve judgment till I see him play. Seems to specialise in very random loan moves though. You’d think Roma would be looking for higher profile clubs than Breda and Sevco to get this guy experience.

I doubt even they could argue with a 50,000-name petition.

Interesting news values on the BBC Scotland 630 news

A woman who disappeared 42 years ago makes the headlines

An assault on a clergyman 2 days ago doesn’t make the headlines
Clocked that myself...not a mention.

An imam or a jewish priest attacked...think we all know it was news worthy...i see the petition is now up to 30k.... :rocker:

It was reported yesterday. The priest was interviewed in the BBC HQ and excerpts were broadcast.

I'm not sure why the BBC would be reporting yesterday's news again today at 6.30pm?

It still appears on the main page of Scottish news on the website.

The story is appalling; it not being on today's Reporting Scotland really isn't where the focus should be.
It was on STV's evening news last night
Weekend Reporting Scotland is stuck together with blu tac and macaroni, so the story should have been at least mentioned on Monday's bulletin (especially since it took until the Sunday to be upgraded to a hate crime by the filth)

Donegal will have more Celtic fans than other parts of Ireland though, because there are such strong connections with Glasgow.

Funny how some huns think they have a hybrid pitch. As if Dave would buy that
Was thinking the exact same. There were quotes on the cesspit a few weeks/months back that they were way ahead of us having fitted a similar if not better hybrid pitch to the one we have a few years back. After last Fridays cutting up episode these quotes seem to be rather false!

Like Chairman like hun
Let's be honest, if the huns spent millions on a hybrid pitch, we'd have heard about it non stop.

The huns brag about literally everything to try & stay relevant.

It's amusing they are so irrelevant that we have forced them to make stories like this up.

The Rangers Fans Fighting Fund paid for a new pitch in 2012. Given they only raised £500k and gave at least £100k to DAFC and Davie Weir’s glass trophy, I seriously doubt they paid for a desso pitch. As I recall, publicity at time simply said pitch was relaid.

Like a lot of the Irish who mainly follow Liverpool or Man Utd, they do have a soft spot for Liverpool but just cannot fathom why Gerrard would take that job :cuckoo:

Any Liverpool fans I know in Dublin couldn't give a flying eff about Gerrard or his new team. There may be some somwhere but to tar all Irish Based Liverpool (or Fans of other teams) with this brush is just silly.

All part of the fabled £18m “investment” in Ibrox i.e., a lick of paint and some paper banners.

Wow - the quality of these ‘never ever heard of them’ signings is almost too much

Moussa and Eddy are gonna destroy the. And they’ll have nightmares for years - that’s my prediction for this season - bit early I know

An entire new team of signings - might have a bit of early momentum or be slightly better than what they had before - they might even get second

Moussa and Eddy will cause a new scar in their long term memory this year

Telling ye

Any Liverpool fans I know will probably be supporting Gerrard because of the stick I gave them when the horrible bastards lost UCL final

Regarding the thing about Murray's on O'Connell street......it's an absolute dive, but did they let in any celtic fans?
