Orange Celtic top with green around the collar and cuffs, green shorts with orange trim and green socks with orange trim. Work some white into the top somewhere.

Belter!

These bastards don't have a monopoly on the colour orange ffs!
Can we have a winter edition with gloves and a balaclava?
Sure why not, how about a Sam Browne belt tae. :rocker:

My thoughts also, its just a colour ffs.
And since when did a horizontal stripe equal a sash?
So the odd lots sashes not come to a point at the front and back?

Republic of Ireland once used an orange strip ... it's a colour on the Tricolour (as you know  )
Here’s a strip I’d like to see tried out with orange white and green, sleeves to be white probably:

Just sent the following message to Hummel:

I am contacting youl to express my disgust at your decision to produce two strips for Rangers FC that demonstrate clear allusions to that club's disgraceful history of anti-Catholicism.
Rangers achieved notoriety in world football for their decades-long policy of not employing Catholics; a policy that only came to an end in 1989. However, sickening sectarian attitudes have continued to be displayed among its supporters and, indeed, club directors.
Much of this religious hatred aligns with the Orange Order, an avowedly anti-Catholic institution which stages marches in Scotland and Northern Ireland, mainly during July, to commemorate a 1690 battle that they associate with a belief in Protestant supremacy.
The two most visible emblems of the Orange Order are a sash and the colour orange. It is no coincidence that those two symbols now feature on Rangers strips in a flagrant attempt to cash in on religious bigotry.
I can well understand if Hummel were unaware of much of this. However, there is no doubt that Rangers FC and its directors were very, very aware of the inflammatory significance of these emblems.
Should production of these strips go ahead, Hummel will reveal itself as cynical exploiters of religious intolerance. In which case, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Yours Sincerely,

Celtic Joe

Sevco's received an offer from another retailer to take over completely from SD.
But SD activated a "matching right" clause , and ordered sevco to tell them the terms of the deal offered.
Howevever, different retailing activities - each termed "an element" - are defined in the contract between SD and sevco. Apparently sevco has been offered one price for all "elements".
But SD point out that in the matching clause sevco is required to state the terms for each "element" of any offer it receives. Sevco respond by saying that the offer which they received proposes a single price for all elements and that should be sufficient, regardless of what it says in the contract.
The injunction only lasts until Tuesday when it will be reviewed. The judge has given the sevco legal team a strong hint that they need to work on their arguments.

I'd like us to do an orange top.
Might go towards showing that no-one is really bothered & that it's a nice colour?
Pretty sure this idea was floated before and rightly scuttled.

As for their jerseys, aye, they're trading on the bigot pound. Hardly inflammatory though as who really gives a eff about it? If their title bid is over as soon as their recent ones, they'll hardly see the light of day anyway.

Also, on the sash one, I always associated an orange sash with being over both shoulders in a V shape. I take it they wear diagonal ones too?

As for Hummer, I'll never buy any of their shampooe again or something. Which shouldn't be too hard as I'm not sure I'd heard of them until recently.

Edit to add, orange is not a nice colour. It's fukkin bowfin (aside from when it's the colour of fruit ).

Sorry amigo but this strip and the player for that matter were a thing of beauty.

Spoiler: click to toggle

Stick a Celtic badge on that, with some green and green shorts and you have a modern classic.

Yeah, I get it Joe but why do you care so much? Huns will be huns. If they want to be childish and intolerant (and they do, they really, really do) then eff them. Everyone knows that it's moronic thing to do, lowest common denominator and that, but, you know, eff them. I'll not loss any sleep over it.

Yeah, I mean if people want to institutionalise, profit from and mainstream the hatred of people based on their religion, why lose any sleep over it?
