I can't see an EPL side going for Windass but who knows? 3m sounds a lot of money for a guy who regularly disappears during games but he did improve last season and has more about him than his teammates.
His release clause is definitely 3m right enough, his old man just announced that on Twitter . I feel the hordes turning once again on old foe Deano for confirming the news. Must be desperate to get away.

Windass is by far their best player, in my opinion. I'd be delighted if they sell him - he's no trouble to us, but it'll be funny seeing the Huns in meltdown when they realise how much they miss him against the other teams.

Cardoso and Herrera not part of Gerrard's plans, Alves next? Millions soon to be rolling into ra'gers now. Talks on hold Rangers boss Steven Gerrard will hold talks with Bruno Alves over his future after the World CupAlves’ days at Ibrox appear numbered following the signings of central defenders Nikola Katic and Conor Goldson Spoiler: click to toggle By Colin Duncan STEVEN GERRARD will wait until after the World Cup to tell Bruno Alves if he has a future at Rangers. Alves’ days at Ibrox appear to be numbered following the signings of central defenders Nikola Katic and Conor Goldson. Gerrard has also signed former Liverpool team-mate Jon Flanagan, who can play at the heart of defence. Veteran stopper Alves, who is wanted by Victoria Guimares, is preparing for Portugal’s last-16 clash with Uruguay. Gerrard said: “I haven’t spoken to Bruno yet. “I have given him the respect he deserves as he has got very important things to focus on right now in terms of the World Cup. That should be his priority. “He will have a break after Portugal either win the tournament or get knocked out and then I will have a conversation with Bruno.” Gerrard has told Fabio Cardoso and Eduardo Herrera they are not part of his plans. He added: “I had a conversation with them before we came to Spain and told them their game time would be limited. “I want to give players as much time as possible during the window to find different opportunities.” https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/2844817/steven-gerrard-bruno-alves-rangers-talks-future-fabio-cardoso-eduardo-herrera/
Victoria Guimares.
Sporting Braggart in for him too according to my source in Pharaoh. They'll be horus shouting at him from the technical area.

It's probably the one that they bought the rights to back from Ashley. They didn't defend it very staunchly when Mikey waved a wad of notes at them.

The Rangers Travel Club which has only recently been busy petitioning the slums, opium dens and bordellos of all Orcdom for new members... have announced they will not travel travel to Macedonia.

An absolute scandal. Convinced group of fans could get together pull it off (not volunteering) Edit. Why wouldnt the club just send ‘Its really expensive to get a charter plane at this point of the year, in order to run the cost will be x hundred per head, please reply by email to confirm interest. If plane is going to be filled it will be hired’ Its surely not for the club to decree something too expensive for us ?

I think he may want to consider another agent, or he may be bench warming as a career. I think the 3m slip from Windass Snr. might have been okayed in the hope of clubs enquiring. The only bids that have sounded real has been Preston. As you say probably been around 500k rising to 1m if reports are to be believed.

Fear the Bears...“Out of possession I want my team to be aggressive, they have to be prepared to go where it hurts to defend the badge and the goal. The big problem at Rangers last year was we conceded too many goals, sloppy goals, unnecessary goals. That’s why the season was a grind and a slog, and probably the reason that I’m here". Steven Gerrard insists he won't turn Ibrox into Anfield in bid to bring back glory daysThe Rangers boss believes restoring the club's identity is vital after admitting they were too easily beaten last season. Spoiler: click to toggle ByGavin Berry Steven Gerrard isn’t planning on turning Ibrox into a mini Merseyside – he wants to restore the fighting spirit that characterised the great Rangers teams. The new boss spent almost his entire playing career at Liverpool and four of his backroom team have been recruited from Anfield. Ovie Ejaria has also been signed on a season-long loan from Jurgen Klopp’s side while Gerrard has sealed a deal for old Reds team-mate Jon Flanagan. But the 38-year-old wants to make sure Rangers maintain their own identity – starting by restoring the fighting spirit associated with the club after admitting they rolled over too easily last season. Rangers lost the final two Old Firm games by an aggregate score of 9-0 and Gerrard knows they must toughen up physically and mentally. But he said: “I’m certainly not trying to turn Rangers into Liverpool. Of course my upbringing and what I see and like at Liverpool I want to see similar things at Rangers. “But I’m not bringing a Liverpool template here, that would be disrespectful to Rangers. I’ve had my time at Liverpool, I did my first year coaching there and it’s obviously a special club. I have wonderful memories. “But Liverpool stops now and it’s about Rangers and having a template and philosophy that suits Rangers. We have to do what is best for Rangers. “There are similarities in terms of fans demands and size of club and expectations to win and deliver.” Rangers fans will get the first chance to see Gerrard’s team in action when Bury play a friendly at Ibrox on July 6. Asked what can be expected of a Gerrard team he said: “It’s difficult to put it in a couple of sentences but we will be aggressive. “Out of possession I want my team to be aggressive, they have to be prepared to go where it hurts to defend the badge and the goal. The big problem at Rangers last year was we conceded too many goals, sloppy goals, unnecessary goals. That’s why the season was a grind and a slog, and probably the reason that I’m here. “The focus and priority is to stiffen up and be tougher. We need to be organised out of possession, difficult to play and people need to feel Rangers when they play against them now. “It can’t be that teams can look forward to playing Rangers any more. Those days have to stop. That’s the priority. Any Rangers manager that has managed before, or that will manage in the future, you have to excite these fans. “You’re one of the top teams in the league, you have 50,000 punters every other week who come and pay good money and support the team. “You have a responsibility and a pressure as a Rangers player to excite and be creative and entertain. That’s not going to happen in every single game. You do have off days, I get it, but we need to bring a style and philosophy here that will excite the supporters.” It is clear from Gerrard’s early signings – defenders Connor Goldson and Nikola Katic are both six foot-plus – that he wants a physical presence. Gerrard also talked about strike target Umar Sadiq being a bustling frontman. But how can he be sure of getting players with a strong mentality? The Gers boss said: “Before we move for players, it’s important you do background checks on personality and character, it’s important you speak to the players face to face. “You get a feel of where they are at in their careers. The biggest thing for me is hunger. I don’t want to bring a player in here who’s not hungry. “I don’t want to bring a player in who just wants to wear the Rangers kit and tell everyone they’re a Rangers player. That doesn’t work. “I want players who want to come in and fight for success and good times, players who understand what the fans have been through in the last couple of years. “That’s the type of player that I want coming through the door – players who have their best years ahead of them to deliver. “Of course we need to get the right balance of experience and players at the right age but a lot of the players we have brought in have got their careers in front of them, their best years in front of them. “They understand what we’re trying to do and that is the key.” Gerrard could be forced to show patience due to the World Cup but he said: “There is a process whether there’s a World Cup on or not. “As a manager you want them in yesterday. Of course you do. But you have to show patience. There’s a lot of time. You don’t have to rush these decisions. “If it’s right and you and ready then we will strike, as we have done. But it’s important we get them right rather than rush them. “Numbers will depend how the next four to six weeks unfolds as well. “Are we going to have a European group stage campaign to add to the number of games? That will influence the final numbers we want around us.” https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/steven-gerrard-insists-wont-turn-12804991

Lovely trip back from Spain for the Sevco squad, squeezed on to an easyJet flight packed with drunk holidaymakers and their bawling weans. They weren't even seated together. So fellow passengers were able to hear them mumping and moaning about their club's penny-pinching.
No sign of Stevie Gerro Gerrardy Gerrard on the plane, though. He must have made other (first-class) arrangements. Good start, ya big fraud.
