Quoting limited to 3 levels deepTalks on hold Rangers boss Steven Gerrard will hold talks with Bruno Alves over his future after the World Cup Alves’ days at Ibrox appear numbered following the signings of central defenders Nikola Katic and Conor Goldson

STEVEN GERRARD will wait until after the World Cup to tell Bruno Alves if he has a future at Rangers. Alves’ days at Ibrox appear to be numbered following the signings of central defenders Nikola Katic and Conor Goldson.
Gerrard has also signed former Liverpool team-mate Jon Flanagan, who can play at the heart of defence. Veteran stopper Alves, who is wanted by Victoria Guimares, is preparing for Portugal’s last-16 clash with Uruguay. Gerrard said: “I haven’t spoken to Bruno yet. “I have given him the respect he deserves as he has got very important things to focus on right now in terms of the World Cup. That should be his priority.
“He will have a break after Portugal either win the tournament or get knocked out and then I will have a conversation with Bruno.” Gerrard has told Fabio Cardoso and Eduardo Herrera they are not part of his plans.
He added: “I had a conversation with them before we came to Spain and told them their game time would be limited. “I want to give players as much time as possible during the window to find different opportunities.”

Quoting limited to 3 levels deep“We’re a fan of Umar Sadiq. He’d bring us a forward option - height, power, presence. He’s a player that works too hard believe it or not. “He does tons and tons of running. He’s very enthusiastic. He’s the type of player who gives you just as much out of possession as he does in possession which is very important. “We’ve got an interest but at the moment he’s still a Roma player. It’s ongoing.
Which way do you think this news will be interpreted on HunMedia and FF?
option 1: ''oooh....maybe we should start worrying about FFP as it relates to our own books, after all we're being run by a glib and shameless liar....
option 2: ''top news!....them being out makes us virtually odds-on for winning the Europa League now!''
''The Adjudicatory Chamber of the Club Financial Control Body (CFCB), chaired by José Narciso da Cunha Rodrigues, has taken a decision in the case of the club AC Milan that had been referred to it by the CFCB Chief Investigator for the breach of the UEFA Club Licensing and Financial Fair Play Regulations, in particular the break-even requirement.
The club is excluded from participating in the next UEFA club competition for which it would otherwise qualify in the next two (2) seasons (i.e. one competition in 2018/19 or 2019/20, subject to qualification).
This decision may be appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, in accordance with Article 34(2) of the Procedural rules governing the UEFA Club Financial Control Body, as well as Articles 62 and 63 of the UEFA Statutes.''
Not sure if they are disqualified for the upcoming EL after reading that or the next Euro competition they qualify for over the next two years. The BBC article hints that they are out for the upcoming EL.
'Carpe Diem' Hundom personified. The motto of the world's most dignified people since the days of Jumping out the stand to attack Mr Murray, you carrot.

She MUST get a torrid time on here........ or not. Ive never seen anyone be disparaging about her sex or sexuality.
Sometimes people get it tight on here, but not based on race, creed, colour or sexuality.
But hey, I'm sure Ciaran88 will back up his statement with facts.
I have never had an issue about my sexuality on here - a stark difference to when I was on another board that shall remain nameless, where I was hit with homophobic shampooe daily and nothing was done, in fact when I complained I was called a grass by the guy who runs it. KDS is a great place on the whole. I may disagree a lot with certain folk but it doesn't leave me feeling emotionally distressed like that did. And I ended up an angry person on there.
I’ve never found it sexist or insulting to women on here, rarely an offensive comment can be made eg someone once referred to Anne Budge’s looks in a crude manner and when I objected he apologised. No one has ever posted a comment to me, or about me that was offensive, and I’m sure the other ghirls feel the same. We all get ribbed at various times, for various posts, and it’s certainly no place for “ snowflakes “ ( I effing hate that expression btw ) but it’s as funny AF here.
I cannot imagine that any gay man or woman would be easily identified as such from their posts on a football board, unless they wanted to share their sexuality with us, and why would it matter? That comment about gays reluctance to post here is ridiculous, it implies that gays are “ different “ and would need protection from big bad straight bhoys who might upset them by disagreeing with their opinion on football.
Oh and btw, don’t think this means I like any of you, you’re a bloody shower of contrary, opinionated Bampots.

I prefer ‘bam’ myself, thank you very much. It is the 90s, after all...

Is this how you see us all?
EDIT: Why are GIFs no showing up properly any more?

We knew you didn't like us ... and that's a long post, surely the ironing must be backing up.
The smiley hopefully indicated the above was in jest, so seriously, I can't recall anyone getting abused on her because of their sexuality. I'm sure there were posters on here who were open about not being heterosexual. LesbionLion and SteakFemto spring to mind who were regular and much valued posters IMHO.
I agree, not that you claimed it, that there may be a wee bit of cliquishness with people rounding on someone. Perhaps, down to the fact that these posters know each other personally or have physically met at some point and have a better sense of connection than maybe those of us who are more remote or less frequent posters.
I posit that some of it may be simply be down to posters' may not put across the point that they are actually trying to put across well and that some people enjoy point scoring on petty nuances in what is contained in a post. This, and that it's a forum for football fans ... who love taking the piss. Also, there is the fact that there are some people that have pretty weird opinions and post some 'out there' shampoo.
IMHO the good stuff on here by far outweighs the bad. It's an Internet message-board FFS. I regularly mention posts on here in the office and they either: raise a laugh; generate a decent discussion; or simply incredulity ... Women posting on football message-boards when they should be doing the ironing being a case in point.
P.S. I'm too long in the tooth to GAF about what the opinion of someone, who I've never met, has about what I think.

it says " ie 2018/19" , pretty clear. banned for the upcoming season and next one they would be eligible for.
