I am fully expecting the same day by day coverage for all our pre season friendlies which was given to the huns by big bawbag Ramon and the STV.
All the media have been invited and encouraged by rangers. As you’ll see from our pre season coverage so far Brendan likes things to be a lot more private. x 2

It is impressive the way that, every single season, they somehow manage to develop some exciting new way of doing pre-season training that will give them THE EDGE "when the real business starts". Every other football club are doing something else, I imagine? Is asking pro-footballers to go to Spain to run about, some mystical trick that Klopp or Guardiola just hadn't considered? They've had the hedge so why not the edge

They've had the hedge so why not the edge You have to wonder what our board and pr machine are at. Since that club in Govan was founded they have tore us apart every close season, outquoted us, been linked to far more players than us, have signed more potential players of the year than us, have appointed the best managers, have far more big money interest in their players than us and sold mullions more season tickets. If it wasn't for the fact that we horse them into the ground every season and will do so for years and years to come I would chuck it.
The big positive in all this is that it might get the players to play for the full 90 against them and not ease off after 5. Not forgetting when the hun piles money onto ra Gers, we will get better odds to clean up at the bookies.

The best, most positive, part of their year has been the closed season since their inception..
It only turns to shampoo when they actually play competitive games.

Is it Candeias who claimed it’s been the hardest preseasons of his career? carrot played for Porto and Benfica, two clubs that clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

Barry (8) believs that everyone should be given a second chance...unless you are Michael O'Halloran. Jon Flanagan deserves second chance Rangers have given him - Barry FergusonBarry is a big believer in redemption and reckons Flanagan can put his assault shame firmly behind him at Ibrox. Spoiler: click to toggle ByBarry Ferguson I stand with the vast majority of football people when it comes to debating Jon Flanagan’s signing. The former Liverpool full-back did wrong and was handed a 12-month community order earlier this year for assaulting his girlfriend in December. He made a bad mistake, pleaded guilty and is serving his sentence but he needs to be allowed to move on with his life and career. I’m a big believer in second chances, not just in football but in life in general, as people must be given the right to earn redemption for their wrongdoings. I’ve made mistakes that have caused me great regret, especially in football, but good people gave me the chance to atone. It’s only right former England full-back Flanagan is allowed to focus on his career again, which had stalled at Liverpool after he sustained a knee injury four years ago. He is one of seven confirmed signings by Steven Gerrard and I like the way the Rangers boss is going about his business. He’s addressing the spine of the team to transform a squad many thought were mentally and physically lacking. The signing of central defenders Nikola Katic and Connor Goldson, allied to the arrival of keeper Allan McGregor and Scott Arfield, will certainly make Rangers more robust. Flanagan will add to that mix. I admired him at Liverpool, where he played at the highest level and was never afraid to bomb up and down the wing and into a tackle. He can play right and left in defence and adds to the competition Rangers will need in their squad if they are even to get close to Celtic next season. I’m not sure his arrival necessarily raises questions over the future of captain James Tavernier who excelled last term in a campaign that was otherwise best forgotten. Money talks, of course, and if Rangers were to receive an offer for the full-back that was too good to refuse I’m sure they would sanction the deal and reinvest in the squad. I know of a few clubs who looked at Tavernier last season because he did stand out. But I’d like to see him stay and create greater competition for places – and he can also play further forward on the right. Rangers are also looking to add powerful Nigerian striker Umar Sadiq to the mix and I don’t think they’ll be as easily bullied on the pitch, physically and mentally, as they were last season. Games are often won and lost in the tunnel and I don’t think many rivals will look at the Rangers players in the coming weeks and months and consider them soft touches. The body language last season wasn’t always good as shoulders were slumped when players should have been standing tall with their chests puffed out. It takes a lot of mental strength to play for a club the size of Rangers with all the expectations that come with it – but Gerrard thrived under that pressure at Liverpool. He knows what it’s like to deliver at the highest level and will not accept a decline in standards now he’s a manager. Players will have to shape up or be shipped out. To that end he has also vowed to make Rangers fitter than ever before and that’s certainly a message that resonates. As a player my confidence was never higher than when I was at my physical peak, a tip-top condition when I knew I could get about the park with ease. Rangers are working to that end in the south of Spain right now and while there are always risks associated with so many changes in one transfer window, Gerrard has moved to mitigate against it. The arrival of the bulk of his new signings so early in his reign means bonds of friendship and team solidarity will be formed sooner rather than later. The new-look squad will be training together, watching the World Cup in each other’s company and getting to know each other over games of cards and coffee. The proof of the pudding will be in the eating, of course, but a lot of Rangers fans will be quietly impressed with the way Gerrard and his backroom team are going about their business. https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/jon-flanagan-deserves-second-chance-12771893 Maybe he'll stick to battering toilet doors in future.

There's an article by some mob called ibrox noise regarding our fee for Armstrong and how everyone laughed at them when they come up with mental valuations of shampoo players....It's....well it's mental. I have no idea if the quoted £7M fee for Armstrong is accurate. But I am always more inclined to believe the accuracy of fees reported as being agreed for a player than those claimed as being offered for a player. If the transfer is concluded there is much more likelihood that figures will be formally recorded somewhere and credibility of reports come into question. I think our esteemed Chief Exec made a point on this some time ago.

The 5 Way Agreement cleary states the Huns shall be crowned Close Season & Winter Break Champions in perpituity (or Liquidation, whichever comes first). It's the natural order of things - we feeble, lesser mortals in Scottish football have to try scrape by with winning actual football matches on actual football pitches. The fix is in but whatchagonnado? The deck is marked...

So Barry(8) thinks everyone should get a second chance. Will he give his creditors a second chance by having his wife sign back all the assets he gifted to her?

Didn’t Honest Dave King say the new £6m share issue would be in place by the end of June? So he has until Friday. I’m sure that £6m and the prize money from winning the Europa League, is already in their cash flow.
Unless he meant June 2019?
Fortunately, and assuming they ever escape from SteveeeGee’s colon, the Press pack will be all over this.
