Yeah just like when we hired Brendan.
And that time we took the illegitimate titles of the huns...

We all love a laugh at Sevco but that’s a bit embarrassing from PhilMac. Obsessed indeed.
Thinks it's got more to do with how slow the SFA have been in response to his request for info re: deadco and HMRC.

Yeah, Celtic could have done that and didn't. :brickwall:

Really? Our fans would have been all over it quicker for someone saying the 'great unwashed'?

The witchhunt is alive and well.

Come on - do you honestly think there wouldn’t be Celtic fans up in arms if roles were reversed?

Calling a group of any fans the “great unwashed” isn’t really acceptable for someone in such a position is it?

This was always going to be a hands up job.
2006 the comments where from, where they not?

God I hate it when the football stops
You may well have a rethink when the WC starts and the Engerlish media are in full 'Greatest League in the World' overdrive

More annoying is when they build the team up to be world beaters with no good reason to back it up
As for the Premiership being the greatest league in the world, they're probably right

Diadora are a more respected brand than Hummel I'd say. Diadora trainers can cost near £200 especialy if it's a collaboration. Most are around Puma pricing. Hummel has trainers for £25-£30. If I went on NikeTalk and started a thread on a new Diadora shoe I'd be fine. Start one on a hummel shoe and I'd be laughed off the board. A no-mark brand.
I disagree, Hummel has always said football to me
My first sticker album was Mexico ‘86 and the Danes were in Scotland’s group of death
My brother and I both felt their Hummel strip was our favourite from the whole 24 teams

As for expensive trainers = good trainers, you sound like the perfect customer!

He has his moments, but it must be me that needs an Enigma Machine to decipher his blogs.
Whoever Ibrox Noise are appear to have libelled someone (DD I think) by expanding on Glibs innuendo re-SPFL chairman - I think that’s what he’s saying anyway
Do none of you :carrot: :carrot: know how to use Google? :brickwall:

If Libel was committed by ‘Ibrox Noise’, who are what would you pursue?
Is it a company, club or ethereal entity?

I didn't say expensive trainers=good trainers. But it's the perception of the brand. And yeah, I remember Hummel from the 80's. Many brands have their moment in the sun, LA Gear and Pony were huge around the same time. And like LA Gear and Pony, Hummel were okay 30 years ago. But have little market presence now

Well, he didn't say it when he was in the position. Plus it's hardly the most offensive put down about football fans ever heard.

I'm sure there are some Celtic fans who would have been all over it if the shoe was on the other foot. I don't think I'd have been too bothered about it myself though.
This guy has been made a patsy to quell King. What Spfl should be doing is telling King to bolt but they are too caught up in the thing of needing a strong Rangers. Lawell will be right into that as well as a perceived strong Rangers makes Celtic more cash. We will keep them at arms length with just enough hope so the gullibles come back every year

The last few tourneys have been worse when they go into saying 'we have no right to be confident'. One dodgy group win and it's balls deep into how they can win it

I don't think billy's enthusiasm will last beyond their first pumping of the season at the hands of the Double Treble Champs.
Once they see that nothing's changed, that they remain a footnote in Scottish football, I think the huns will turn away in large numbers.
