They brought there last orange strip out in honour of there Dutch contingent at the time. What will the excuse be this time or are they finally going to admit it's all in the aid of the bigotry which spews from not only there stands but it seems there boardroom also.

There was something about Gerrard’s body language as he was walking around the changing room.
It was bordering on disinterest. It was as if he was viewing a house that he knew right away wasn’t for him, but
was feigning polite interest, and that was before Jimmy Bell gave him the thousand yard stare of venomous
hunnery.

I don’t think Stevie is feeling the staunchness.
Good description - Huns Under The Hammer - Ge$$ard did have that intake of breath thinking "feck , there's a lot of old wood panelling in here . .where's that foosty smell coming from . . . the queen ? . . . . . . and is that artex over there ?"

Luckily, the brains of the outfit was on hand to tell him what day he laid the strips out

Something akin to an updated version of the 96-98 Ireland away kit would be outstanding

Has Hibs maybe pissed them off a wee bit by reducing their allocation for the last game between these two?
Will the SFA let them get away with this madness?
or Are they just aff their heads?(SFA or Der Hun make your own mind up.)
:lolhuns:
The problem for a team like Hibs is that they need to keep it up. A bit like the Scumbos. It's fine cutting an allocation to Celtic or Sevco, however when you revert to the mean and your team starts playing gash again, as Hearts have, then you go back cap in hand with all the tickets again. It's short term thinking.

Aberdeen cut our allocation three or four years ago and I think they've sold out Pittodrie twice in that time.
I get that but that won't stop Der Hun taking it personally...Fools :ffs:

Well, there's this........................

Saint Patrick's color was blue, not green, say historians. The hue — St. Patrick's blue, a lighter shade — can still be seen on ancient Irish flags and was used on armbands and flags by members of the Irish Citizen Army, whose 1916 Easter Rising attempted to end British rule.

Yup, St Patrick's color actually, iirc. The Irish presidential flag is dark blue with a gold harp. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._Patrick%27s_blue

Dark or navy blue with gold crest and trim could be real smart imo. I like the orange concept as well. Ivory Coast have had some nice orange tops.

Yes, we should appropriate blue and gold!! They are the colours of Our Blessed Lady, which is why they are the original
Irish colours. For the same reason, they are the colours of the Marist order who founded the club (and who also founded St Mungo’s Academy whose uniform is also blue and gold).
