They can't. Doesn't mean they will not spend it and pray they'll be able to borrow to cover the shortfall.

Sevcnomics.

They're just increasing the load on the directors as borrowed money (Close Bros) and repayments for Pedro's burros will all need financing.

Wilson is a really good wee player, but I'd honestly be surprised if Liverpool saw the SPFL as the place to develop him after a pretty successful season for the player in the Championship.
They're literally losing their tiny minds over this guy.

Just like we did over Charlie Musonda

Not saying he wont be a success but this Talksport belief that Scottish football is pub league standard and just ever so easy for anyone connected to the EPL, is insulting.

Our League is unforgiving and physically hard-- Injuries and having the mental strength to deal with their crowd is massive.

Next season,if we perform like we did at home this year and the Huns start beating all the rest then it will be closer.
Thats why Clark would have been a better fit-come out of the Celtic Rangers games with 4 0-0 draws and try and beat the rest, it could get interesting.

If we become complacent and their new guys gel then you never know.

We need to strengthen

Fenerbahce paid £5m for Skirtel last year, now they seem happy to punt him for £2.5m.

Must have been a huge success.

Who has the better pedigree;

Skrtel
Alves
White van man
Arse kicker Moshni

The song remains the same.

Giving 29 year old Arfield a 4 year deal was daft but giving a 33 year old Skrtel a 3 year deal is even dafter. You’d think after being lumbered with ageing duds like Alves and Kranjcar they’d have reviewed their policy of giving multi-year deals to old men.

They have Bruno for another year as well.

Skrtel is a solid CB even at 33. I do reckon he will get on okay there.

Not seen much of the boy Wilson so would not know.

It's Steven Whittaker & James forrest

Whatever about the photo of Whittaker, is it not a bit questionable for someone to be taking photos of kids without their parent's permission and then to stick it on-line?

Sorry to be prudish but I'd be fairly raging if it happened with one my own. The fact that the parent is a footballer should really be neither here nor there... :ponder:

I know there was nothing sinister intended but still....

(Edited to say "...is it not...", rather than "...it is not...")
This

Never rated Martin Skrtel, an absolute bombscare of a CB in the EPL any road.
Wilson is a good player and skrtel will suit them at the back.
mental price for skrtel though.
hopefully we start spending some cash

skrtl when at liverpool was a bombscare at the back, a dirty bastard but also error prown, the season the bin dippers could have one the league until gerrard slipped - count the number of goals conceded and the manner by skrtl and sakho - they were equally if not more culpable than 1 gerrard slip

The close season, a wonderful time for the huns after months of annoying reality. A time of vast improvement on the park, hope, bravado and drunken revelry for the hard put fans. Stevie effing G!
