Stewart Weir on twittter, the guy is a compete winker.

‘the #SFA appear, in some instances, desperate to correct mistakes they believe they have made in the past, or, things they didn't act upon when they should have. If they work through this alphabetically, it shouldn't be too long before the come to 'abuse' ...’
Strange thing to tweet about given what the BBC reported on today.
after all this time do you expect self awareness?

Willing to stand correcte if wrong, but this looks to me as if the SFA are in a bind here. UEFA know that the licence should not have been granted, so the SFA are now saying that the system basically relies on trusting clubs to make honest declarations of what they know. It seems that the SFA are saying they were lied to by the deid Huns, so the granting of the licence wasn’t the SFA’s fault. That would also cover the second charge of the Huns not being good members of the SFA.

UEFA. dealt with this by saying there was no need for action because the zombies were a new club. Again I might be wrong but wasn’t Regan cryptic about the same club pish, unlike Doncaster?

The zombie St. Atement is as others have pointed out another attempt at bullying and blackmail, so interesting times ahead.

Nothing would surprise me in terms of outcomes but there must be pressure coming from somewhere or even this much to have out!
Perhaps the SFA might be afraid that UEFA might take action against them and the national team if SFA personnel were to be found implicated in the fraudulent granting of the licence?
I think whole thing stems from the evidence given by the former directors during Sir Craig's trial.
Whether they let the cat out the bag inadvertently , or feared a charge of perjury, who knows.
But that was the starting point to this , and it is an open and shut case :lolhuns:
They didn't have a choice but be honest, Donald Findlay had their emails.

Coral win "relegation bet" court case

Lord Bannatyne:

“I am satisfied that what did not happen was that the SPL moved or demoted Rangers to a lower division"

“Rangers ended up in a lower division by the entry into a contract which allowed them to join the SFL in the third division,”

So the courts say they werent relegated or demoted. Ooofttt
Is this new information? Seems as if that case was about 3 years ago.
That will go down well....

Their kit launch has been delayed. Players will have kit for the start of the season, but won’t be on sale until nearer Xmas. They’re not happy.
Their SLO is blaming the retail deal signed by their previous board for the delay. Obviously he never got the memo about that deal being ripped up.
Same thing happened to SC Frieburg this season, I don't think Hummell has a supply chain that can cope with new demand. They probably never expected to win the Rangers bid, I'd imagine it was a Hail Mary tender that, now it's been accepted, has them caught with their pants round their ankles.

Realistically speaking, what would be the next steps here in terms of punishment? Put aside for a moment what we think the SFA will actually do, what do people think would be a fair and just thing to do?

This is entirely consistant with retrocausal quantum theory at Shrodingers club.

Xmas?

That can't be right. Those bears need them for the Fair Fortnight.
How else will holidaymakers from other climes know which team the knuckledraggers support? (Apart from the smells, looks, shocking behaviour, etc.)
Still charging full price for the outgoing Puma kit. "65 quid yer 3rd place memento, 80 with yer Kranjcar on the back".

Rare collectors item.

10 point start for Rangers for season 2018-19 to give them a chance, making the SPFL more competitive, and Dembele, Brown and Tierney only allowed to play if they wear flip-flops.

The referees allowing GBH on our players not enough this season.

From Record online article....

'McGregor, 26, is out of contract at Hull and has knocked back Nigel Adkins' offer of a new deal.'

Rangers were still alive when he was 26 FFS

It's getting silly now, complete lack of strategy other than he's a right good Rangers man through and through.

I hope we dish out some more four and five goal humpings with him between the sticks.

Wid imagine that means Foderingham will be punted though. Should get a few sheckles for him. Short term, that one actually makes sense.

Their SLO (the guy that runs the Louden?) saying that "the previous regimes signed the retails/kit deals which have influenced the timings for the upcoming season still. The club have done as well as could be hoped in regards to this issue. From 2019/20 there should be no residual influence."

He also says that the players will have their new kits for the start of the season and the new kit will be in the stores before Christmas (in other words once the Mike Ashley SD deal has expired we can get them in the shops and you can buy them).

Thought they paid £3million to big Mike to rip up the contract with SD?

Also why has this come to light now, where are the ITK guys with people on the board, this should have been broken earlier!!

What about all the superstars Mr Gerrard is going to attract with his warchest?

I'm not really seeing much evidence of this so far TBH.
