 Yeah, was just reading that. It might be corruption and there is no time bar on corruption.
We (my mates and I not me and Ronny) we in the pub after the Celtic game and someone mentioned that on the Cosgrove and Cowan show Graham Speirs spoke about
UEFA returning rangers application because it had a letter saying they weren't financially stable but would be alright (something like that).
UEFA sent it back and told the SFA to clarify.
Spiers said that if the SFA send it back and UEFA knock it back it is the Association they are knocking back not the club, therefore all Scottish clubs are binned.

And this is why DK said that Celtic would fold like a £pack of cards" if they did not have European football for a season.

Never heard Cosgrove and Cowan so don't know if Speirs was on it or what he actually said but it sounds a good conspiracy theory!!
You need to cut back on the drinking ..

What punishments are on the table for their latest charges?

Strip them of the Malmo defeat?

Reverse their liquidation?
From STV -

Sanctions for the second rule breach range from a £1,000 fine up to "£5,000,000 and/or ejection from the Scottish Cup and/or exclusion from the Scottish Cup and/or any player registration restrictions and/or suspension and/or termination of membership and/or any sanction or disposal not expressly provided above".

£1000 it is, move on Timmy

I think it'll be a player registration ban.....which will lead to them fielding 8 or 9 unregistered "trialists" in every game until the ban is lifted while the SPFL/SFA pretend that it's perfectly normal......again!

They will retrospectively be banned from signing Pena, Alves, Herrera and any other donkey they want shot of, £1,000 fine and recognition of the 54 titles

This new Notice of Complaint neglects to properly capture the provisions of prior agreements made between the Club and the SFA.

That's a bit loaded.
So that's the 5 way agreement getting aired isn't it?
Yep! It reads like if we're going down we will take you with us.

UEFA might punish the SFA by banning their team from the Euro Championships Qualifiers FIFA may ban them from World Cup Qualifiers - would UEFA ban the member clubs too?

The Huns should be compensating the clubs that they cheated from a place in Europe...

Of Course, it will be the old Rangers fault...
... new club when it suits them.

The incredible thing is, they will just brass neck it, nothing will be done, and as usual it will be swept under the very lumpy SFA carpet !!!

It seems that Scottish Football is, once again, being directed by individuals intent on harming the Scottish game, Rangers Football Club and its supporters
I would be deeply embarrassed if Celtic came out with that.

It looks like they saw some of their support suggesting the banter years would be over when Gessad took control, and decided to take swift, decisive action. Let the banter continue!

System worked, Declan. Move on.

If the punishment fits the crime they'll be fined so much it'll be Rang3rs.

If UEFA think that the SFA were complicit, it might not be that easy for them.

Hence the SFA action against the huns.

The SFA have to be acting under pressure from UEFA or this announcement would never have left the confines of the Lodge.

I'd hope Celtic have the foot on the SFA's throat over it. I'd hope.

UEFA head of licensing has already said there can be no sanction against sevco as it's a new club

Pretty serious charges.

Mind the time they were fined 250k and said they were 'vindicated'?
