"monies that should be available to Scottish youth and grassroots football" You couldn't mark their necks with a blowtorch. This is from a club that ran tax evasion schemes. They effed us for youth development money when they died.

Also reported to have made a £4m bid for lanky hun Oli McBurnie.
So £8m on a 33 year old and a striker who scored a few goals for Barnsley.
I doubt they have £800k to spend let alone £8m but if they spend their whole transfer budget on those two, then good luck to them Their auditors will need resuscitation

And another new statement. Two in one day. We are honoured.
- Quote:
-
THE Rangers Football Club (“the Club”) was informed today by the Scottish FA (“SFA”) that, after an eight-and-a-half month investigation, the SFA will have finally admitted that we were, are, and always will be shifty bastards who shouldn't be trusted to hold open a door for a pensioner.
The Club is unsurprised that it has now finally been accepted by the SFA that we are shifty bastards, as it the evidence always has been, is, and always will be overwhelming. The Club questions whether the time, cost and expense of this investigation can be placed at someone elses door, as we are - to be honest - quite utterly rooked.
Disappointingly, and presumably rather than just accept that we are nothing but a bunch of shifty bastards, the Club has been served with a new revised Notice of Complaint relating to the monitoring period subsequent to the grant of the UEFA licence - a Notice of Complaint which will no doubt fall down on its arse and allow everyone to escape from the situation without anyone being held to account for the fact that both ourselves and our friends in the SFA are shifty bastards.
The Club will fiercely resist this reconstructed Notice of Complaint as we are proud of our history as shifty bastards. While it is unfortunate that, because of our earlier tax dodging, monies that should have been available to schools, hospitals and the glorious Armed Forces of Her Majesty the Queen were diverted over at least seven-year-old into the pockets of already rich shifty bastards both on and off the park, the SFA should have prevented this at a time by the use of mind reading powers to identify both side contract that were concealed from them, and the fact that we were tax dodging shifty bastards.
It seems that Scottish Football is, once again, about to be swamped under a nauseous wave of gibberish filled statements, staunch rhetoric, dignified outrage and anti-catholic expression. The club demands parity of esteem. Whatever that means.
We are the people. The same people that we were before 2012, obviously. Unless it doesn't suit us to be the same people, in which case those people died and we came back as new people. But we are them. And shifty bastard people too.
Statement ends.

This new Notice of Complaint neglects to properly capture the provisions of prior agreements made between the Club and the SFA.
That's a bit loaded. So that's the 5 way agreement getting aired isn't it?

This was deliberate concealment, fraud. I wouldn't be too sure UEFA won't act. Yeah, was just reading that. It might be corruption and there is no time bar on corruption. We (my mates and I not me and Ronny) we in the pub after the Celtic game and someone mentioned that on the Cosgrove and Cowan show Graham Speirs spoke about UEFA returning rangers application because it had a letter saying they weren't financially stable but would be alright (something like that). UEFA sent it back and told the SFA to clarify. Spiers said that if the SFA send it back and UEFA knock it back it is the Association they are knocking back not the club, therefore all Scottish clubs are binned.
And this is why DK said that Celtic would fold like a £pack of cards" if they did not have European football for a season.
Never heard Cosgrove and Cowan so don't know if Speirs was on it or what he actually said but it sounds a good conspiracy theory!!

£8m on a 33 year old and a League One player who has less potential than Cummings (which says a lot). I sincerely hope this is true.

We’d juts keep last years 30 million then anyway
I actually love the idea his strategy to challenge us is to get all’s scottish teams kicked out of Europe through their own lies!

Mcburnie is all different levels of pish. Please let this be true. He'll be their Scottish version of Novo and Lafferty, the Huns will lap him up...well they'll lap up any news that they are interested in any player.

They're really the last club that should give lessons to anyone over use of resources. On the contrary, the old club spent nigh-on three decades managing their own resources rather well...instead they lied, cheated and thieved resources from elsewhere.

Many clubs have had applications rejected, and the rest of the associated clubs have continued to represent their nation.

What punishments are on the table for their latest charges?
Strip them of the Malmo defeat?
Reverse their liquidation? From STV -
Sanctions for the second rule breach range from a £1,000 fine up to "£5,000,000 and/or ejection from the Scottish Cup and/or exclusion from the Scottish Cup and/or any player registration restrictions and/or suspension and/or termination of membership and/or any sanction or disposal not expressly provided above".
