Thread on RM about Hummel.

surely with a company like Hummel we could ask for a unique design instead of a generic template design

Just wanting a decent jacket or something this year and a nice kit for my boys

Still no Hummel shirts with their name on it out yet and still no word if Big Mike is going to allow them to be sold in Sports Direct.

Who else stocks Hummel? Greaves, for their world cup kits (Denmark)?

The Progres result was funny but the fact they they had planned their entire preseason around a Europa League run, meaning they had no proper games for about 3 weeks, was pretty amusing as well.

You could get a clown to dress up in a blue suit shirt and rangers tie with a massive pair of clown brown brogues stand outside Ibrox and they would gather to listen intently

it's been done.
yep , you just described Bomber there.

With the resolution 12 scenario from 2011/12 does anyone think the SFA will cook the books again?

The SC Final v Hibs is right up there.

Everything has been done to death on what was so good about that day, but I don't know if anyone car remember Halliday & Binbag celebrating the goal that made it 2-1?

Halliday swaggering, shhhhhing the crowd & the look of arrogance on Bingbag's bright orange face whilst he nods & points to Halliday.

Take a look if you can't remember it, then just sit back & enjoy what's become of them since :lolhuns:
just watched that back

halliday's supposed to marking the fella who scores the winner too

he's really not very good, is he?

I don't think there is any money left in the operation of a football club. Real estate, however, may be a go-er.

It seems that there is a game of brinkmanship in play. King wants to crash RFIC to avoid the wrath of TOP and avoid having to repay the soft loans; the other directors, who have been keeping the old lady afloat, want to avoid that as they would lose their investment. It's now a question of who blinks first - and who owns ra big hoose.
If, by old lady, you actually mean clap-ridden, drooling, toothless, snot-encrusted, chronically obese, malodorous, greasy-haired skank, I can see why you'd use that expression.

King's interview does raise the imminent collapse into administration meter into the red zone for me. Almost like he was saying everything in his power to make it happen.

Quoting limited to 3 levels deep
Bilel Moshni booting a Motherwell player up the arse in a 6 1 aggregate pumping made me laugh more than most of it has.
That play-off is definitely in my top 3. My favourite moment was the Cammy Bell 'punch'
Should have lost against Albion Rovers in the cup that season too, saved by shocking officiating

Sevco's UEFA license issue.
Seems they will need to convert their shareholder debt to equity very soon or it will mean no European football next season.

Problem- RIFC/Sevco can't convert debt provided by concert party members until King resolves the Takeover Panel issue. 😁

Not sure the accuracy but if it is the case they shouldn't get a licence.
Does anyone know how the process of issuing shares works? Would trading need to be resumed on the stock market and would that (presumably) require a NOMAD willing to work with King? And just pure idle speculation on my part, but once the shares resume trading, won't their real value become apparent (whatever that may be), so rather than 27, 25, or 20p; it might turn out that they're considered to be worth much less, or is that just wishful thinking?

RE the European license issue, I reckon they'll find a way to fudge it - for the coming season at least.

Edit: Just to add, King seemed insistent on repeating that no loans would be repaid with any money raised by the club, either through transfers, or rights issues. He said it so often and so vehemently, it makes me believe what Phil was saying that some of the soft loan 'investors' were looking for their money back.
Shares are issued with the majority agreement of the other shareholders and in this case via the AGM where they have agreed a rights issue. They also have a number of free stock

If the shares are ever relisted it would be what people thought they where worth. I would imagine if they where relisted tomorrow they would fall due to a variety of reasons - debt to turnover, TOP ruling, directors resigning, going concern etc

The license from what I have seen has only been refused after repeated breaches - the first stage is normally a sanction or penalty such as limit to squad size

TOP rules forbid any of the concert party taking part until the offer has been done and dusted.

Guidi on SSB ounding confident that there will be fresh investment in sevco in the weeks ahead. No deal done yet , he tells us, but then spoke of "Rangers (sic) need to pull something out the hat" and then conceding that nothing is "over the line" but he knows that sevco "are talking to people".
He explains that the GASL's recent statement to the contrary as being part of a bluff game because sevco would get ripped off in the transfer market if everyone knew they had a tenner to spend instead of just a fiver, bless.
He also said that £6m "wouldn't touch the sides". It wouldn't touch the sides of what's needed to keep the lights on next season

Always appreciate a bit of education. Thanks for that:

In Gaelic mythology (Irish, Scottish and Manx) the Cailleach (Irish pronunciation: [ki'lʲax /ˈkalʲəx], Scottish Gaelic pronunciation: [ˈkaʎəx]) is a divine hag, a creator deity and weather deity, and an ancestor deity. She is also commonly known as the Cailleach Bhéara(ch) or Bheur(ach). In Scotland she is also known as Beira, Queen of Winter. The word literally means "old woman"...
