Brendan Rodgers on Murty (from Reporting Scotland)

"Because of a couple of defeats and it hasn't quite worked out, he's just been thrown to the garbage really, and I think it's very, very discourteous"

That'll please the undead no end. The disrespectful Tarrier bastard
Well said Brendan.
They’ve treated Murty abysmally.

The guy did them a favour by twice stepping up when they couldn’t get anyone else to take charge
of that “ bag of sh#te. “
I’ve always felt sorry for him, he’s not arrogant like the bread man, nor certifiably insane like the bullfighter
nor a hunishly over confident cheeky chappy, lazy bastard, money grubbing, so called legned.
They can’t even be gracious and thank him and wish him well. They are a classless bunch of bastards
who deserve all that’s coming to them.

Take note Gerrard.

Thread, RM, for their last home game of the season starts of like this...

Lineup as follows:
11 impostors managed by a cardboard cutout of Casper the Friendly Ghost or some bin dipping tramp from Liverpool.

Last home game of the season, not going nor giving a eff about watching it.
eff the lot of them.

You'd better believe that message wasn't just for Murty's benefit.

Still not buying the Gerrard to the huns chat.

Surely to eff he's not stupid enough to take a job that both the Kilmarnock and Aberdeen manager bodyswerved?
I'm the same, it sounds like made up Dave King nonsense and even if it were actually true it would be a complete disaster.
If it wasn’t true, Gerrard would have communicated that by now.

They’ve made him an offer, and Gerrard has yet to give an answer.

They need to do their business in private and not announce these managers they want until they get a deal in place for them. They just look even more stupid this way.

It's great lol

Danny Murphy's comments are interesting re. the Gerrard 'saga'.

"I can’t say if he’s taking the job yet because I don’t know – he doesn’t know – what’s in the war chest."

If it's true that Gerrard will only take over with a guaranteed amount at his disposal, that leaves two options. The most likely is that he doesn't go, and this is my opinion at the moment with all the information available. The other moonbeams option is that they manage to genuinely get some investment, but if that were the case... why would they want Stevie G? (They wouldn't).

No this all smacks of "we tried", they can't even get themselves linked with medium-names in the management game any more, so they're having to publicly court a famous persona to keep a semblance of hope alive for those in two minds about renewing their season books. That's all this is.

Wasn't he supposed to have been unveiled today, with a £20 million warchest? :lolhuns:
This is the point where the McInnes deal went south as well...

Wonder if that rumour will be reignited when they're due at Pittodrie?
Mr D was told by reputable source ( football agent ) that Mc Innes deal went south on account of Giib
telling Mc Innes that he wouldn’t pay the compensation due to Aberdeen, and that he’d go
to court ( quelle surprise ) over it.
That’s when Mc Innes baled as he refused to be party to that.

He's an effing dumpling. Alan Hutton? Enforcer? Oh and btw Ricksen (God love him) got subbedin the 6-2 game after Bobby Petta showboated him to bits. Also. Alan Thompson owned Ricksen. Everybody knew it.

Break his legs for rangers? Well he certainly played as if one was still broken.
That gif from the Scotland game where he trips over his own feet sums him up perfectly or the story about the bouncer referring to him as “That shampooe Rangers player”
I see he’ll be “ poping “ in again. :popepiusx2:

I don’t think Gerrard will be their new manager

If he agrees to it then there are only two possibilities

1 They have sourced massive new investment; or

2 Gerrard is too thick or too arrogant to realise that he faces disaster without massive new investment.

I know what my guess would be.

The Danny Murphy connection is interesting. I think Murphy is a friend of Neil Lennon from their playing days at Crewe.

I doubt if he is what they need. But they are now painted into a corner and if he knocks them back then their position is much worse than it would have been if it hadn’t been raised in the first place.

A complete shambles of an organisation

I know your not supposed to speak ill of the unwell but as a footballer Ricksen bar 6 months in 2004/05 was a coward.

The sort of guy who would kick off with a young player in the opposition but cower from Lambert, Lennon, Thompson etc.

He was the poster boy for the sheer fragility of that lot when MON side was smashing them.
I feel nothing but compassion for FR, and pity for his family and those who love him,
but he was a horrible, dirty player, typical of the type the huns attract ( or they become under expose to hunnery )

Every single person on here has expressed their support, prayers and good wishes for FR, and condolences to the family of
Sandy Jardine and others, unlike the Sevco support who sing of the death of the Lions, and use paedophilia
as an attempt to blacken the character of man whose boots they are unfit to lace. :nono:

Any pain they are suffering now is well deserved karma.

I wondered where Kolo was yesterday.

Sitting beside John Clark behind the Sevco board.

Oh dear, look at the faces of the Sevco board, they know.
