I'm trying to renew my sons's season ticket but I don't have an option to do this online. Anyone else had this problem?

It says login to renew ticket but i'm already logged in :ponder:
Are you using an Apple device?
Nope on PC.
Not sure then.

I always have problems using an IPad or IPhone.

Go on to the main site and attempt to buy one. It should give you pricing when you get to the point of selection.

I’m not sure though as I buy mine at the TO.

Does anyone know if Zebra finance email you conformation if you filled out a hard-copy of the form?

I've never done it through finance so don't really know how it works, and I suddenly got a bit panicked in case my form has been lost as I haven't had any confirmation since I filled it out in the ticket office two weeks ago. The notification bit for renewal on the Celtic ticket site is gone, so I'm sure all is fine but I'd appreciate any answer - I don't know what I'd do without Celtic games at the weekend!

Sounds like perhaps your friends have either “special season tickets” which exclude games vs whatever incarnation of a blue team from ibrox play us, or restricted view tickets. I’ve the special tickets and they’re a good bit cheaper

There's at least 8 different prices for full adult tickets depending on where in the ground the seat is.

Then there's also deductions if the seat is restricted view or student/child/oap etc

About 5 years ago I moved across the aisle from my previous seat and saved £90 as my old seat was the last one in a certain price area

I had a pic with the different price areas a few years back - I'll see if I can find it

Considering moving seats. Is there a time when this can be done after the renewal deadline has passed?

You’ll be well down the list now.

If it’s you alone, then you’ll probably be ok.

Requested to move seat as soon as the form came out, posted first class the next day. Requested a seat in either Jock Stein lower, upper south stand or north stand lower. How likely is it that I get the move? cheers

I doubt it matters when you put your relocation request in; they presumably don’t know what seats are available until after the renewal deadline?

It was explained to me as a first come, first serve basis. Those who had their forms in first, would get first dibs then they work their way down the list in chronological order.

If they offer you a seat, then you turn it down, then you go to the bottom of the list.

correct, but only FCFS if a seat becomes available (non renewal or request to relocate).
