Anyone on the waiting list got a ticket? What number were You? Have you been able to purchase one yet?

I'm 4125 so just wanting to find out what sort of chance I've got of getting one. Phoned ticket office yesterday but all they said was wait for a letter to come through the post, no hint of what sort of chance I have. Surely they could say " there's 4200 tickets available so you'll definitely be getting one" or " there are only 2800 tickets going on general sale so it's unlikely you'll get one" it ain't rocket science!
I not sure what number I was but I was on the waiting list since start of last season and got my offer lettter a couple weeks ago and got my ticket last week

So does that mean that the only tickets on general sale are "hun match" ones? Never knew that.
Yes. Apart from a few single tickets dotted around the stadium.
I’ve managed to get 2 together over the last couple of years. shampooe seats and 50 a pop though.

Had to move now, since the boy is getting older and is allowed to go to Hun games.

I loved my seat in 115. Hoping the new seats are good.

Is there anything wrong with 416 and 417 that I'm missing? Looks like I can get 3 in a row there but I don't want to make a rather expensive eff up.
I sit in 416, great view, and the stairs keep you trim. Lots of fairweather fans that appear up there and always an overwhelming aroma of bad grass at half time, also it’s next to impossible to see the TIFOs as the screens never show them.

Still worth it for me

I'm new. Be gentle.
Looking for some advice, just got the letter saying I will have the option to buy a season ticket tomorrow and I was wondering what is the best route for doing this (online, over the phone or in person)?

Does anyone know if it's possible to "officially" transfer a season ticket between two family members? In other words, not just let the other guy use it but actually get the club to transfer over the ownership?

You can change name, address and even the billing details when the form comes through the door to renew. However, word of caution, this will mean that the person's away points and record will be wiped and start again from zero. Celtic will treat it almost as if it's a new ST holder.

I'm not sure if you can do any of this during the season though. You might need to just see it through this season then change when the form comes in next summer.

Don’t think they would allow that.

You write a letter assigning it over to the family member giving the relevant contact details - You can just say you will be working away a lot for the next two years or so and will rarely make games but will be wanting the season ticket back eventually even if you don't.

Tickets purchased for me and the 4 weans, happy days
I’m on the list with the two Bhoys but only got a letter in my name. Went online but it appears only to give the option of adult tickets - were you able to do yours online/phone or did you need to go into the ticket office with birth certificates for the bairns?

Kids tickets can only be done at TO as need birth certificate as proof of age.

I got a relocation to a non restricted view for me and my two Sons at the tail end of last week.

What I would say is that they said wait for an email, I never got one. I chased it up myself. Then yesterday I got an email stating that there wasn't a relocation there for me. So, basically they are all over the shop. They have claimed that they would do it by prioritising those who applied first, which we were one of the first as I done it straight away, yet they just accepted first come first served guys. Unacceptable.

Its the second time in a few months the ticket office have made a c*nt of it for me. Its a thankless job, but they really need to sort their shampoo out.

What I would say, is if folk are complaining that they have been waiting for years, were you sitting on your hands when Deila was manager? Plenty of relocations then.

If I was looking for a new seat or a relocation I wouldn't be waiting on any letter or email from the ticket office - I'd be ringing them up (the customer enquires number) to try sort it out.

Anyone that thinks that these things are done in an orderly and organised fashion is a little naive...

Certainly not naive mate, hence why I jumped in as I know what the score is.

My point is why release "instructions" only not adhere to them? Mixed messages.

not aimed at you mate - despite the lack of an email you got on the phone and got yourself sorted

I'd say they release instructions so as to avoid a free for all where they'd have loads of people queueing or ringing up at the same time but they probably don't have the staff numbers/IT infrastructure in there to admin the system properly.
