None. The reserve friendly is the other “free” game.

I am not sure how you can see it as abuse.

The clue is in the name "Home Cup Ticket Scheme" and we all sign up to accepting tickets for all cup games played at home. It virtually guarantees your own seat (UEFA moves apart) and gives you preference for semi and final allocations. It's the price you pay for that preference.

If folk don't like it, don't sign up to it, but don't whinge at the end of the season when HCTS members exercise their preferential treatment......

There's also plenty of people who actually want tickets for all home games and it makes the process a whole lot easier :)

Last sentence... Celtic never used to do Hampden games by the HCTS until the last 3/4 years. It was the supporters record.

In effect, someone who only goes to Home cup games and not away's up until the games go to Hampden could have a better chance of a semi final/final ticket than someone who goes home and away, never misses a game, but would rather pay for their ticket by credit card than direct debit. How is that fair? Why should there be preferential treatment for someone who sets up a direct debit over someone who may wish to pay like I suggested above?

I think Celtic abuse it to get money in for early round home cup games that they previously wouldn't have necessarily got. That's their choice as a business. It just doesn't sit right with me but I need to go along with it to have a chance of Hampden tickets, despite my taking of every domestic game available to me over the last 11 or so years (Hearts I'm looking at you for those I couldn't get)

Let's not clog up the thread anymore as it's an argument that has been done to death

Can you imagine the problems we would have had if Scotland had qualified for the World Cup. We'd have quite a few of our squad there. Even if we got knocked out early they would all need a rest. If we got through to the knockout stage we wouldn't have them available at all. The CL qualification process is a farce.

It's been HCTS for Hampden for a lot longer than 3/4 years. It's just that until recently the numbers on the scheme did not meet our allocation. I stopped going to away games years ago but until the over subscribed cup semi this year I never missed out on a Hampden game in 20 years.

Ralston/Bitton - Ajer - Jozo/Compper

Kouassi - Brown

Hayes - Ntcham - Sinclair

Eddy - Dembele

Not ideal but for 1st round qualifiers I think we’d survive

We wouldn't have Broony. If Scotland had qualified the world cup would be his swan song.

If it’s between coming back for a second time out of retirement to play 3 games for Scotland, or stay for CL qualifiers, he’s picking us. Would be annoyed with him if he didn’t

He only retired after Scotland failed to make it to the World Cup and with the change in manager. Can't imagine he'd have retired as captain if they had qualified.

Not a lot longer. I'd wager 5 maximum. Before Rangers died it wasn't.

All being well the club will have four sell outs with three of them being sold off of the season ticket.

Given the proximity of the matches it would have been nice to get two European games rather than a kick about nobody is interested in against Standard Liege.

But I suppose those Co-op loans need paying

Ridiculous.

We are gonny get shafted with the qualifiers this year. Feck knows what we’ll get hit with if we get to group stages, will be £40 a ticket at least for season ticket holders.

£15 for the betfred cup last year. CL qualifiers will always be more. £20 would be fairer. They will sell though.
