Will be important over the next few weeks.
Important for what?
Storming on the pitch on the 70th minute in a tight game and offering us something different when we're going for the 3 points. We could have done with him in recent games against Killie and Motherwell to name but two. Hopefully Paddy will also be able to fulfil a similar role whilst he works his way back to full fitness.

Or will he waste good possession by having a stupid no-hope shot when he could pass to a team-mate in a better position.
The mind boggles.

Just the 72 goals in 113 appearances. What we really need is more sideways passing on the edge of the box in front of a packed defence, it's been working out so well this season

I'm not even saying make him a starter, just that the option of something different will be a big bonus during the run in.

Fair enough. I love him for his ballsy attitude, but I reckon he doesn't have that killer footballer brain.
Long term, Eduoard is my hope.

He's the only bugger in the team that can take a decent corner , and i'll never tire of watching his free kicks against England. But for me Moussa has to start games , with Griff replacing him on the hour if need be.

Having good players available won't be spun into a negative for me, at times our injuries have been almost overwhelming this season and it has certainly affected our quality compared to the last campaign.

The Striker debate has been a non starter this term as we've so rarely had everybody fit. We've needed all three and probably been one shy.

Will be great to have him back. Hopefully that's him over the problem and he stays fit for the rest of the season.

Don't really give a eff who starts or finishes games, as long as they do the business.

Great news, as he is a very good striker. And the more of them the merrier.

Is this the thread where we get the best finisher in Scotland back form injury and have a right moan about him? I just want to make sure I'm in the right place before I start.

It happens about once every decade that for a short time the clubs manages to have three very good strikers at the same time. At the moment we have LG, Dembele and Eduoard. In the noughties we had Larsson, Sutton and Hartson, the 90's Pierre, Cadette & Di Canio and the 80's McLair, Judas and Rambo (or McGhee).

It doesn't happen very often so instead of debating all their weaknesses etc lets just enjoy them while they are here
