An interesting article here about Red Bull's latest club, RB Leipzig, who are exploiting loopholes in German football's licencing rules and spending massive amounts of cash for their first season in 2. Bundesliga. Just another soulless club ruining football. http://www.thesefootballtimes.net/#!rb-leipzig-success-before-tradition/c1xq8

Quote:

RB Lepzig’s outlay this season alone eclipses €18 million, with nothing received for players who left the Red Bull Arena. It is remarkable that a club of Leipzig’s standing can fund such activity and afford to release €11 million worth of players as soon as they stepped foot at the club. Once their long-term aim of Bundesliga football has been reached, even larger fees and wages can tempt big-name footballers to East Germany, and their assault on Germany’s top division will begin.

Given that we've been linked with him before and he's on a free transfer I'm surprised we've yet to be linked with him

'sake. Imagine if we did? Him and Griffiths up front - The Racist and The Rapist.

We'd have no fans left, and rightly so.

I see Crimean clubs have defected to the Russian league, third division.

I have absolutely no doubt it is a matter of time before someone uses this as a precedent for Celtic playing in England.

Using the Crimean Precedent of clubs defecting to the lower leagues in another country, does anyone think Celtic should do this and move to England?

Judging by the email I just received from Celtic, nobody has told StubHub that Lenny's away...
Quote:

StubHub, the world's largest ticket marketplace and part of the eBay Inc. group of companies, is an Official Partner of Celtic FC. As part of the agreement, the club uses StubHub as an additional distribution channel for home match tickets, giving supporters the opportunity to obtain match tickets for games that they might otherwise not be able to get tickets for, and enabling fans to show their support to Neil Lennon and the Bhoys when possible.

I had the originals. A Christmas present, I think they were £130. Not exactly a copy, but the essence of them is there.

Takes me back to my days at Firhill Boys Club and my two appearances for Thistle under 16's.

I'm coming out of retirement at 36, just to wear these. Beautiful.
