Rab Douglas and Bomber "wher is ru deedz" Brown....

https://celtsarehere.com/ill-have-my-say-former-celtic-player-promises-to-embarrass-bomber-brown/

Im smelling a Brown Secterian Rant....
Be funny if Bomber told his coaching staff the reason they were losing so many goals was that they had "too many effing fenians at the back" and that got back to Big Rab. That'd be a good story.

I'm sure someone else pointed this out, but I noted last Saturday that West Ham v Chelsea was live on Sky Sports Mix. So, free in effect, to anyone with a dish or cable service. Maybe a sense of an EPL bubble, if not bursting then maybe deflating ??

Mulgrew was talking about hiding in the cleaners cupboard to put sugar in his tea.

makes Mulgrew look more of a dick to be honest

pretty sure that the diet thing was more about certain players and their lifestyle and what they ate when they were not at the club, like Commons says there were pasta at the club, players "scared" to eat it there, pretty sure that they would eat pasta (and other stuff) at home. If you are going on a high fat low carb kind of diet, you don't get the full benefits if you aren't following it. "Eating like the manager wants" while being at the club at training and up to matches, and the stuffing you with carbs and sugardrinks while at home, is bound to bring your energy lvl down, as your blood-sugar will go crazy

also, don't think that I once have seen any of the continental players complaining about Ronny's diet

Simon Ferry's interviews have been great so far. He has a knack of making players comfortable enough to drop their guard and be themselves. Only one that seemed like he was putting up a facade was Boyd, you could tell he was watching what he said.

Making sure he was choosing words "Boydy" could understand.

Ferry's a great interviewer. There's something disarming in the fact he doesn't seem very bright  Not to be cruel.

Thought Charlie Adam was being a bit guarded as well. Didn't come across as very likeable - he sounded like one of those Scottish hoteliers you get in Blackpool who've been down there for 35 years and end up with a effed up accent.

It's certainly transformed the players at Valerenga into elite athletes.

Agree about Adam, interesting that Ferry himself will be interviewed next week should be a cracker.

Commons generally came across well and apologised for the Molde incident. Still think some of the guys treated Deila poorly as they didn't respect him

Fair enough on the diet but we didnt look fit despite players losing weight. Remember saying to my mate its as if we train to hard and end up being tired on match day. Something wasnt right look at the semi against a team a division below our fitness level should have seen us through and it didnt.

I think it helps that most the players he’s interviewing haven’t been through the media training most players at top clubs have. You watch a Sinclair interview and he manages to say quite a lot without actually giving anything away. It’s all like slogans and generic answers.
