So its Day-vids and not Da-vids..

Can anyone think of managers who changed their own style of play..

The reason I ask is because Mourinho made a big spiel during the week saying it will take time to get things right at Chelsea because he wants to play with two strikers and change the philosophy that was at the club over the last couple of years.. Is he just being a dick and having a go at Rafa Benitez or Di Matteo's teams who I thought were more attack minded (certainly domestically) than his predictable one up front - Drogba replaced with like-for-like Anelka at 65 minutes in many of the games he managed 1st time round..

Most managers seem to carry on their own stubborn style of play from one club to another.. Cant really think of any who have changed noticeably.

Martin O'Neill quite noticeably changed the way he set his teams out a couple of times.

His league winning Real Madrid team were fantastic to watch. Can't really remember his league winning Chelsea team but weren't they supposed to play crap football?

His first Chelsea team with Robben and Duff were very entertaining to watch. His team diminished with respect to flair season on season at Stamford Bridge.

The Champions League, European football’s flagship club tournament, may not be shown live on terrestrial television in the UK in future.
Concern over this - especially within current rights holders ITV - has been raised by UEFA awarding exclusive coverage in France to subscription network beIN Sport, owned by Qatar-based TV broadcast giants Al Jazeera.

John Souttar of Dundee Utd - should we be going for him? Seems like Sunderland, Everton and Newcastle are after him.
