After Wikileaks, Swissleaks, Luxleaks, Panama Papers, here comes footballleaks. Lots of Real Madrid players and staff involved, including Ronaldo and Mourinho. :notmissingthis:

Let's see how they tackle this. Probably be a slap on the wrist to those involved and a warning to all clubs about FFP.

And financial investigators close in on Jose Mourinho, Cristiano Ronaldo and Mesut Ozil over tax avoidance issues

Juventus away CL match was THE worst match I've been to abroad watching Celtic..;poured piss over us and threw things all night.

Utter scumbags
I was at the game in Turin in 2001 ....fans were scumbags
Truly awful and they got away with it all night. Big mate goes and watches celtic everywhere and say bar none over the years they were the worst.

Nice gesture indeed. Perhaps they can follow it up with with donating a few homes to those struggling to afford them.

Just caught the israeli documentary...wow.

Never seen anything like that. How the Israeli FA let them away with that level of hate and sheer racism?

Difficult viewing especially for thebtwo Chechen players truly awful.

Dont want to get to political but for all the persecution jews received you would think two players of a different creed would be welcomed. That clubs fans are on a different level. Two guys are not even Arabs. Cant believe this goes on in this day and age albeit filmed in 2012.

As this can't go anywhere else:

HMRC issued an update on their disguised remuneration policy. They intend to go ahead against individual recipients in spite of the complaints of the tax professionals, although I can see this being challenged in the courts by some big players (and I don’t mean footballers).
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/tackling-disguised-remuneration-update/tackling-disguised-remuneration-update
Impact on individuals, households and families
This measure is expected to affect up to 40,000 individuals who have entered into disguised remuneration avoidance schemes. Some of these individuals will be unable to repay the loans, agree a settlement with HMRC before 5 April 2019, or pay the loan charge arising on 5 April 2019. The government anticipates that some of these individuals will become insolvent as a result.

This is a matter of information NOT smug gloating and perhaps would be better in another thread?
