So a guy Aberdeen have on loan gets a better rating than Dembele despite Dembele scoring 7 goals in 7 league games. Right.

I'm actually surprised Kranjcar and Garner aren't ahead of Dembélé and Sinclair.

Fulton Mackay. Tim, hun or other?
In an interview once, he was asked about what things inspired him or suchlike and he cited Celtic winning The Big Cup in 67 as an example. :rocker:

Due to Olympics and IOC having control of the Maracana, the Rio teams have been struggling for somewhere to play home games. Flamengo have ended up playing their home games in the Pacaembu, Palmeiras' stadium in Sao Paolo. And the league race is between these two clubs. Weird

Pique (on the Guardian, cannot get link to copy!) saying he will retire from international football after the next World Cup, and says he is not welcome in the Spanish side due to his pro-Catalan sympathies.

There's a proper IPL-style league now with franchises and team names etc. One of them are called the Jaipur Pink Panthers

I mind that. Was the talk of the playground in Primary 7 circa 1991. You aren't allowed to breathe when it's your turn to tag the opposition team, hence the repeated phrase "kabbadi" which you need to utter until you tag them, they tag you or you give up. Think that's how it works anyway!

Pique (on the Guardian, cannot get link to copy!) saying he will retire from international football after the next World Cup, and says he is not welcome in the Spanish side due to his pro-Catalan sympathies.
Pique cut the sleeves of his Spain top because 'the long sleeves were annoying / bothering him'.

He then played with the sleeves of his football top cut up to the elbows and wore a white 'body armour' type of shirt underneath his football top (which went all the way down to his wrists).

People are complaining that he cut his football top because the Spanish flag is on the lower part of the sleeve.

Ramos did the same or something similar and there's been nothing said about that.

Pique on pranking teammates:

"... Evra came in with shoes that he'd been asking Nike for months to make. They had the name of his children on them and all these crazy details. He went into the shower and we created a small bonfire and burned them. We recorded it and then sent him the video."
