Didn't know whether to do a new thread for this, but Chris Sutton is doing a Q & A evening at the felons club in Belfast, 2nd September. Tickets a bit steep, but it's not something we are used to having over here.

Wonder if this will have any impact on the Cetlic / ranges game being moved from the 10th September?

http://pedalforscotland.org/

The bike run for Glasgow to Edinburgh starts from Glasgow Green, staged start times form 8:30 to 9:30am.
The Man Utd / Man City game is on the 10th so I can't see them putting our game on at the same time, It will definitely not be later on in the day.
Move it to the Sunday and there may be road restrictions in place right before the game which I would imagine would be an early kick off.

Just shows how much I know.

Rangers will travel to Celtic Park on 10 September for a 12 noon start. Curiously, Sky are showing the contest at the same time as they are broadcasting the Manchester derby on one of their other Sky Sports channels.

Aye , horrible stuff . A bit like Henriks , probably worse, just seemed to get his studs caught and the pressures snapped it . :(

Scotland U19 and former Real Madrid youth player, Jack Harper, embarrasses a couple of Hartlepool defenders and their goalie, with an absolute sublime goal for Brighton.

That Demba Ba's leg break is absolutely horrific. Just seen a mate on FB post it. If he comes back from that the surgeon isn't getting paid anywhere near enough.

According to this, we were once nicknamed the pacers due to that rather sickly sweet you could get in the late 70s, early 80s.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pacers_(confectionery)

I remember the sweet having a rather corny advert that finished, "Atkins come out and bring your pacers with you", but never have I heard Celtic's name being mentioned with it. Did I miss something or is it just wiki tosh ?
