First team training
[ * * * ]
just back from holiday so I've missed a lot of what's been going on and cannot find anything regarding the new backroom team which BR will have along side him. Is something in place or is it still being discussed?
One of the names in the hat ( if its still available ) for the assistant manager would be Big John Hughes as I think he has a great future in football and might just be the guy to give us that wee bit extra in his ability to get the players motivated and the building of team spirit. He may not want to come down a peg after being manager but its Celtic and that's a big big draw for anyone.

Arbroath's world record 36-0 victory over Bon Accord has finally been broken by a 3rd division team in Ecuador who won 44-1. Bet their keeper was raging.

Just saw that. Golgolgolgolgolgolgolgolgolgolgooooooooooooollllllllllll x 44
Keeper made a great save from a free kick at the end to keep the scoreline down.

Kelvin Davis' 11 year old scored a penalty into this Dad at his Testimonial and it was a effin' rocket.

Eurosport commentator mentioned that Inter legend Sandro Mazzola who scored in Lisbon still works for Rai TV in to his seventies. You don't hear as much about him as others but he must have been one of the best players in the world in his day.

I give up as the music was potentially carcinogenic.

Put this in General too, but hardly anybody in there these days.

Talking to an oul fella who lives in my work who used to referee. I thought it'd be maybe amateurs in the 60s or that, but he was top level during and after the war!

He was telling me he gave Celtic a free kick once, but told Johnny Crum it was a 'non scoring' free kick as they were called then. Crum said 'Who canny score?' and fired it into the top corner from about 30 yards. I asked him if he chopped it off and he said 'Couldny. Too good a strike.'

Wimmen should be able to parade their chebs whenever and wherever they like, like we can. Some men have also bigger yins than some ladies, yet can wheech them out when they feel like it. Men also have hairy diddies, something rarely seen on a female, which are also far worse aesthetically pleasing, yet fine with the morality polis.

Paint that tap on Johnny Vegas and there'd be no problem. A tidy bird? Fine them.

Doubt Ayr will be too bothered, I'm guessing it was done for a bit of publicity anyway.

BBC are always pushing women's football but no mention of this on their site.
