Chris Mitchell ex QOS, Falkirk and Ayr - took his own life, a few of my mates were pretty close to him, sad news indeed. RIP.

It is a overwhelming illness. One becomes suffocated in the depths of sheer unadulterated dread
It is a very difficult illness to diagnose and it is a very difficult illness to treat
It is also a very hard and trying illness to describe,to live with and to have your family suffer watching you
I always feel saddened when hearing of suicidal deaths. I have managed to stave off this so far (I am a bipolar sufferer).
I feel for the family and friends as they must be going through hell now.
What I do know is that given my age my chances of not committing suicide are getting slimmer as
I continue to search for answers to this shampoo illness and the answer is not an easy one
It is a chemical change in our brain not just some whim or fancy that makes us depressed
So sad for the family and friends R.I.P Chris
