LeBron James ploughs Jason Day's wife...
Not the video I was expecting.
Nor I. :(

Saying that, the way he landed on her, he's lucky he didnt kill her.

Strictly is on tonight and the wife has been glued to it, so I have been watching / looking at Glasgow Chronicles on Youtube and came across this, Green Flutes.
Its about activism and social conditions in Glasgow in the eighties. The connections between Ireland and Scotland. Not particularly PC (especially the old father from the ship yards) but tells it as it is. I enjoyed it, if you have the time have a look.

That's a must see for any Govan Bhoys on KDS :worthy:

I know and recognise a lot of people in it, some who are sadly no longer with us.

Thanks for posting Gothamcelt.

Think it might have been to do with Jimmy Hill through the decades. Bono 80s, Liam 90s.

Interesting interview on the Arsenal with Wenger and how data and stats have changed his job. Worth a read.

Didn't realise they'd went bust. Saw them about a year ago when they were still in the top flight play Litex Lovech.

Interesting video  People often try and makes out the huns issue is unprecedented as an excuse to fast-track them into the top flight but it happens all over the place. You get well known examples like Napoli and Fiorentina who came through the divisions and reached the top again but you get lots that don't. Saw Valarenga play Lyn in the Oslo derby about 10 years ago and Lyn went bust a couple of years later. They made the 2nd tier but have never got into the top flight. AEK Athens and Boavista have only just got back into their top divisions and will probably never be the sides they were again. Even Leeds have never got into the EPL after over a decade .

Ex-Newcastle goalie Pavel Srnicek is fighting for his life after suffering a heart attack while running. Very sad.

DEREK RIORDAN has turned to LinkedIn in a bid to find himself a new club - after failing to win another contract with Hibernian.

The 32-year-old has used the career networking tool to attract the attention of football chiefs after leaving East Fife in the summer.

Former Hibs and Celtic hitman Riordan posted a message to say he was looking for a team either "here in the UK or abroad asap" and that he was "ready to play games straight away".

He had been training with the Edinburgh club to get in shape ahead of a potential return to the game .

In September, Alan Stubbs admitted a sensational comeback could be on the cards for the striker, who scored 104 goals in two stints at Easter Road, if he did enough to impress him but that became increasingly unlikely with Hibs flying in the Championship.

Now Riordan's LinkedIn plea confirms he is once again on the hunt for a new side to resurrect his career.
