Dundee United have suspended Stevie Campbell, the club's head of youth recruitment and development, pending an investigation.
The 47-year-old signed a new three-year deal with United in May.
Campbell's role was to introduce young players into the Tannadice set-up to develop them into the first-team squad.
In a short statement, the club says: "Dundee United can confirm an employee has been suspended pending an internal investigation."
No detail was given about the reasons for the investigation.
Campbell has been at Tannadice since 2006, when he became part of the backroom team under the manager at the time, Craig Brewster.
Heard him and Jackie aren't exactly the best of pals.

He's just jealous because it's Jackie Mac getting the kick-backs from the transfers of the young players.

Can anyone direct me to the funny photoshops, thought I had found the right thread but I've lost it again, were they here?

Incidentally my violence in Mourinho is that it is poor treatment of the Dr but worse that the BBC has top stories on it every day, pushing actual football results further down, including Scottish matches.
Put his disagreements with staff in the entertainment section (if the BBC has one)
I refuse to click on the link to read the story

What an effin twit Mourinho is making of himself over the physio spat. He's not backing down I see. If he had come out and apologised and said he just came out with his comments in the heat of the moment respect for him would grown 10 fold. But no the ego won't let him.

One of my pet hates, people on Facebook while the game is on.

Borussia Dortmund set to decrease internet speed at stadium to stop fans looking at their phones

Borussia Dortmund 'decreasing stadium internet speed to stop fans staring at phones during matches'

Be honest – how many times have you missed a goal because you were looking at your phone?

It’s incredibly annoying, but thankfully German side Borussia Dortmund are cracking down it – BY MAKING SURE YOU STOP LOOKING AT YOUR DAMN PHONE DURING FOOTBALL MATCHES.

In a development that will hopefully be followed by clubs across the globe, Dortmund are reportedly set to decrease internet speeds at their stadium to discourage spectators from going on their phones.

The move is designed to get fans to put their energies into supporting their team rather than taking the perfect selfie, and we are right behind the idea.

Besides, when Dortmund fans do things as incredible as this nearly every game, why wouldn’t you want to watch?
