Breaking News: Moderators of online football forum to seek removal of Mackay-Stevens from CelticTV

Reports have surfaced that moderators of popular online Celtic messageboard Kerrydale Street are to petition CelticTV for the removal of Gary Mackay-Stevens from all promotional, and, where possible, live content.

Exactly why the 24 year old Celtic winger has attracted the ire of the aging group of authority figures is unclear, though our reporter has managed to locate and attend a venue where the misanthropic group were attending a social gathering.

The clique were said to have favoured the October bar on the top floor of Glasgow's prestigious Prince's Square as it offered them "the opportunity to look down on others", while enjoying a meal and refreshments.

Our source describes overhearing heated discussion on the subject of Mackay-Stevens, with the comments such as "too happy by far", "glee club", "needs brought down a notch" and "lets burst the wee carrots bubble", emanating from the table that would later remain tip-free.

There was a point during the meal when an overseas-based moderator appeared on a video call, it was unclear whether he was slurring his words or if the connection was poor, however his appraisal of Mackay-Stevens was in a similar vein, with the decipherable "sick of looking at Garys smug face on the Cellic website" drawing a number of "ayes" from the eremitic audience.

Later in the evening, as beverages were consumed, one of the group produced an iPhone from his pocket at described how he was going to "tell that **** Kenny McKay to make sure the wee ******* gets told where to go", to raucous approval of his now worse-for-wear companions. "Get him and his glakit coupin tae **** aff ma streams, man", was the response of another, who's daily airs and graces had now been ravaged by alcohol.

A terse statement is expected from the group in the following days.

Neither Mackay-Stevens or his agent could be contacted for comment.
It's Mackay-Steven.
Somebody just got owned.
Thought there was more than one mod referenced? :suspect:

In the absence of appropriate thread and with GASH due to Jet In this week has anyone knowledge of when BDO report on who will actually be defined as creditors In RFC and if GASH will be a benefactor of the interim pay-out :nono:
He was mooted to be getting around £1.4 M if he qualified , a long way short of what he was apparently expecting , so it will be interesting to see if he's picking up a cheque . :chuffed:
It's payday on Thursday isn't it ? :ph43r:

Midtjylland's approach sounds like the kind of thing Ronny would be all over. Probably is to some degree. Interesting who wasn't on board with the analytical model at Brentford.

Analytical models are also central in Midtjylland’s search for new players. As Steinlein explains, the club could use the database to find any two-footed left-back in the world of a certain standard, aged 22-26, who has not been injured for the previous 18 months – while the recent addition of player-tracking data gives them a further advantage.

Sure I read somewhere that lots of big European clubs use a scouting software that gets most of its data from the FM database.

Yes. That's been the case for a few years.

I think the idea comes from American football and/or baseball etc. Prior to computers they used manual records and collated them.

A carrot managing Kairet.

9 things you should know about FC Kairat

AFTER Aberdeen’s impressive 5-2 aggregate win over Croatian outfit HNK Rijeka, the Dons will now face a gruelling 10,000-mile round trip to Kazakhstan, to take on FC Kairat, who finished third in last year’s Kazakhstan Premier League.

Here’s a closer look at FC Kairat ahead of their clash with Aberdeen...

1. One player Aberdeen will need to keep an eye on is top scorer Gerard Gohou. The Ivorian has scored 30 goals in 33 appearances for Kairat since joining in June 2014.

Kairat have also just signed Ukrainian international Antaloiy Tymoshchuk, who has had spells with Shakhtar Donetsk, Zenit St Petersburg and Bayern Munich.

Kairat can also count Kazakhstan internationals Zhambyl Kukeyev, Mark Gorman and Bauyrzhan Islamkhan, as well as ex-Barcelona B forward Sito Riera among their squad.

Bet365 tweeted that Stoke have more Champions League winners in their squad than Arsenal, Liverpool and City.

These players are: Bojan (an unused sub in 2009 & 2011), Affelay (injury time sub in 2011), Muniesa (unused sub in 2009), Arnautovic (wasn't even on the Inter bench when they won in 2010).

Yet I've seen that people are boasting about this.

Or an alternative way to look at it, the current holders of the European Championship, Copa America, Asian Cup and Gold Cup were all defeated at the last World Cup by a team who haven't held any international title in over 25 years.

Paul sounds like a right wee bitter :zombie:

"The decision was extremely harsh and arbitrary on Legia, given that they’d won the game 6-1, and that player had only come on in the dying moments, which meant it really had no bearing on the result.

So they were reminded of that cruel injustice throughout tonight’s game at Botosani, but they didn’t seem too bothered, running out 3-0 winner in spite of the trolling."
Aye i dont go on 101 anymore the guys a complete bigot writting Celtic stuff. carrot.
