Josh Windass better player then Ryan Christie supposedly

Central/attacking midfield
Josh Windass - Many prefer Windass wide left. Some don't fancy him at all citing his lazy-looking gait. But there's no doubt he can be a matchwinner and a real thorn in the flesh of Aberdeen this season. That's why Rangers have booted out bids from south of the border. 8

Ryan Christie - Aberdeen's most dangerous player. Yet, like many in red, he hasn't produced in the big games this season. Christie was almost anonymous at Ibrox. No sign of the player who cuts past defenders like they aren't there or the spectacular goals that come against the Premiership's strugglers. 7

A match winner.

He's scored 7 goals for Rangers in 18 months. 5 of which came in a 3-4 week spell which would indicate he had 3-4 weeks of 'match winning' form over the course of 18 months.

Ryan Christie has scored 7 for Aberdeen this season alone.

I know they are desperate to bump up sevco in the SMSM but the Daily Record(I know) had compiled a league table on how our teams have performed in the transfer league so far and, surprise surprise, sevco are at the top while we languish in 7th position :ffs:
I wonder if they will get a new star on their tops or bring out a dvd of the journey

I agree Christie is far better but he’s only scored 3 league goals for Aberdeen this season.

Heard on Radio Scotland last night one of the panel praising Murty for coming onto the pitch at FT to point to Foderingham “as he was letting the fans know who was MOTM”. Rodgers does that almost every game, taking one particular player to the standing section, yet I never heard anyone on the radio creaming themselves about it.

From the coverage we get in Aus which is some of the Sky and BT stuff, and the BBC sportsound podcast, the media coverage of Brendan has been overwhelmingly positive with many of the contributors sounding a bit in awe of him and even ex huns being extremely complimentary. They can be accused of many acts of shampooty journalism but ignoring Brendan's words and actions isn't one of them.

Saw this headline earlier -

Former Rangers star Craig Moore sacked over orange strip row

Until you read the story

Expectedly poor stuff from The Scotsman

Exit: I’ve removed the link as the headline is click-bait nonsense.

The ‘row’was the names and numbers falling off, not because of the colour.

Hope Morelos gets his agent to go in and get the wages of a £7m player then and when they say no, he goes in a huff
