Surprised the 'safety committee' aren't insisting on 'spectators remaining seated' in the standing area.
Because it is a UEFA game then technically they should be seated as the seats are locked down......we'll see how well that's policed tonight :suspect:
Don't think I've ever seen any of the fans in Dormund's 'Yellow Wall' be seated for a UEFA game. Think we'll be alright.

Seats are not 'locked down' for UEFA games. They are unlocked from their normal upright position. Might seem a petty point to make but there's a huge difference in regards to safety.

seats aren't locked down, they just aren't locked up for UEFA games (would appear UEFA approve). Most of the section will take something along to tie the seats up.

Can't believe the snide comments on here - the games without the GB present proved that they are needed to create an atmosphere. Anyone who was at the Killie game will testify to that. With no continuous noise / backing, fans moans are heard loud and clear, so when Forrest (insert name of other miscreant as you wish) misplaces a pass / shot, you can hear loud and clear what our "supporters" think of him - when the GB are there, our "supporters" moans and groans are somewhat drowned out, so for that alone, they are welcome back.
Can you imagine what it would have been like tonight, 0 - 0 after an hour, no GB and passes getting misplaced - the atmosphere would have been anything but supportive of the team.

So glad the GB are back before tonights game. They are game changers for both the team and supporters. I have rarely seen anything to be offended by but the world and their Auntie will be looking for things to complain about so I hope they don't give them any ammunition - or paramilitary banners or the like !

Fair enough that the seats aren't locked down. I was mistaken although I was thinking when I wrote that, that it would be uncomfortable trying to get past a seat that didn't move up!

A point maybe that needs to be maid is that before the GB, there was singing at football. If the GB stopped going then the singing would start again to fill the void. It may take some time to start again but it wouldn't just stop forever. As the GB are so vocal it has suppressed other areas from trying to compete but they would no doubt find their voices if there was silence.

Thinking you are more important than you are! A member of the GB is just another Celtic fan, nothing more nothing less. So if the GB aren't there players start to misplace passes? Behave!

That's not what he said though. If there are misplaced passes the groans and moans are more audible, the noise created by the GB will normally drown out the panty wetters.
