Only seen it at the game looked to me as if he didn't actually know what he wanted to do and just kicked thin air in frustration, heavy fine and banned from the ground is plenty.
It looked like that to me. It was a theatrical kick out that had no chance of connecting with anything. Not defending the wee dick btw. I think he was running out of puff and felt the need to something before being caught. There was more chance of him doing his hamstring in that damaging any player on the park No wonder he was out of puff. Did you see the size of his novelty, brown Edwardian style boots?
Fashion polis shoulda been right behind the polis and just in front of the auld yin trying to scale the advertising boards.

Those elevator shoes didn't go unnoticed. The sheen from the dubbing in the floodlights was blinding. That's what Mbappe jumped out the way from. He held down for two seconds and then pressed up and kick, a la Guile.

Hopefully UEFA will look at things like this to see that the vast majority of Celtic fans are there for the football and the banter and that wee floof that ran on the park is not representative of us. 'Celtic trip was the best of my life' Paris Saint-Germain Ultras open up about 'mythical' ParkheadMore than 1500 fans descended on Glasgow for the match and supporters forged a bond which ended with the swapping of scarves at the end. Spoiler: click to toggle ByGraeme Young Celtic Park has gained a legendary status for the atmosphere it creates on European nights. The home fans were in fine voice once again despite the 5-0 Champions League thumping dished out by Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday. More than 1500 PSG fans descended on Glasgow for the match, many of whom travelled by bus in journey lasting 19 hours. Big games under the lights at Parkhead are the stuff of legend and PSG's Ultras were bowled over with the noise generated in Glasgow's east end and supporters forged a bond which ended with the swapping of scarves. Mika - from the club's 500-strong Collectif Ultras Paris – has shared his experiences from that night in the city. And he says the good vibes started long before they reached the stadium. Mika told Le Parisien: "In every bar where there were guys from Celtic buying us pints." Patrice, another Ultra, was blown away with his trip to Scotland and the reception from home supporters for the opening match in Group B as superstars Neymar and Kylian Mbappe ran amok. He said: "It was an incredible atmosphere. They are very welcoming. The end of the match was really nice. This is the best trip of my life." Sometimes fans of the beautiful game in this country can get downcast, but Mika holds a trip to Parkhead in elite company. He added: "Celtic, Liverpool and Dortmund are three mythical stadiums for live big matches. We knew since the 1995 match that the Scots knew how to receive and that we would be welcome. There is mutual respect, even if during the game it was a beautiful fight of songs." Despite the disappointing result, the famous Parkhead atmosphere in the eyes of the PSG Ultras remains undefeated. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/celtic-trip-best-life-paris-11170346 Nice feeling reading that.

What were the polis and stewards doing when that bawsack was running up the pitch?
effing ridiculous.
Hope the carrot is banned for life.
The steward he got past was an auld man and couldn't get over the hoarding from what I could see. He was at about the 18yd line before he managed it. Polis came out and stood in front of the GB.
That's another thing. Why are old folk employed as stewards? What chance have they got of huckling a young fella in his prime? It is the same problem in B&Q. They get robbed far more often than Homebase because they employ loads of effing coffin dodgers. The youngsters are well off their mark before the old fella even gets to the front door, and his angina kicks in.B&Q deserve all they get if you ask me.

I'd rather Celtic was more than just an atmosphere at this level, we're becoming a feckin tourist destination football club True, though to be held in the same regard as Dortmund etc is great. Even though I've been there as a tourist for a game.
Different when it's away fans looking forward to a trip though. There are plenty teams round Europe I'd like to draw as the away trip / stadium / fans would be attractive. Too far down that route is hell though.

There is mutual respect, even if during the game it was a beautiful fight of songs." Despite the disappointing result, the famous Parkhead atmosphere in the eyes of the PSG Ultras remains undefeated. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/celtic-trip-best-life-paris-11170346

I used to work at a B&Q and this is on the mark.

Ha. As I said before what in the eff? What is it with Scotland and the weird laws/concepts? How close do you have to be for it to be assault? I have just thrown a punch and a kick in my living-room, I aimed it at the guy in this thread who grows punches instead of throwing them, I did not connect as he is miles away but my intent to assault him is there, if the kick had of landed he'd be efft, it was a hardcore wheel-kick , but I missed, is that assault?
Whatever the charge a plea of 'not guilty by reason of insanity' should see you right. You want some of this assault too? There's plenty to go around.* Shaaa doo kin*
