If it had been Neymar he'd targeted I'd understand, but that last night was just idiotic.
Regardless of the player targeted, not just last night but in any game of football, it's utterly idiotic and indefensible.

The fact the tadger aimed a kick at an opposition player could have this looking a bit worse than a fine.

If PSG get fined for the breaking of seats does that come back to us for repairs, or is it just a way for UEFA to further line their pockets?

Calm doon, the Scottish media have not called for stadium closure. Or have I missed something? Surely not?

Mr Hatton was a dick last night as I'm sure he now realises.
It might be worthwhile for Brendan to give him a trial though seeing that he won't be able to attend matches now.

A guy as pished as that managed to leap a barrier and run (albeit with a jaunty, unstable meandering gait) 40 yard before being caught.
He might be special sober with a ball at his feet.

From the middle of the LL (115), I happened to be looking over towards the GB just before the incident. I saw a guy that resembled him in the corner making his way towards the pitch. It looked like 2 yellow jackets had stopped him and I glanced away. A few seconds later he's on the pitch! It may have been a different person that was remonstrating with the stewards but if was there was no sign of him and the stewards were still in the same position and just watching the goings on as he was eventually huckled.

Were they calling for it though? Or just discussing the possibility, as we have been doing on here? I didn't see it, that's why I'm asking.

Sounded like they were putting 2+2 together and coming up with hope.

I did a lot of stupid things at that age, and was far from the mature adult what I am today. The wee guys a dick but I get the feeling the punishment is going to outweigh the crime given the rage that's going to come about if people miss a euro game because of it.

There's the footage shot from the crowd for anyone who wasn't at the game. Looks even more comical on second viewing. What a tit.

We're rightly criticising the young(ish) bam who ran on the park, but a 61 year old guy punching him? carrot should know better.
Understandable reaction to be fair.

He was fined £400 for it
We should set up a go fund me page for the guy

The kids made a major mistake. He'll pay for it. We'll get over it. No big deal.

would hope the witchhunt ends here.

A mistake is unintentional. You don't get pished, run onto the pitch and try to kick a player by accident.

The guy who attacked Strachan at Parkhead was banned for life. I'd be amazed if the same thing doesn't happen here.
