you're surprised at the number of arseholes on Twitter? Really?
That's not what I said. The endless pish being posted about the Ibrox disaster, Ryan Baird or Lee Rigby is bang out of order. Can you not just block them?

Can you not just block them? Twitter is mostly a dumpster fire and there's been a rise in every kind of arsehole on there on a seemingly daily basis. I find blocking morons at the first opportunity to be highly therapeutic and effective.

Can you not just block them? Of course. It's just an observation that I thought was worth pointing out as opposed to ignoring.
The type of patter that if you hit out with in school you'd have likely left with a sore pair of baws.

CELTIC Football Club are proud to announce that OUR FIRST EVER FANZONE at Paradise will take place this weekend as part of our celebrations to honour our captain Scott Brown, before his highly-anticipated testimonial match.
Thousands of supporters have already snapped up their tickets for this unique fixture, as Martin O’Neill and his Republic of Ireland XI take on Scott Brown and his Celtic squad which includes the one and only Henrik Larsson who will once again grace the Paradise pitch on Sunday, May 20 (KO: 2pm).
Opening at 12noon, the Fanzone (located at the North West side of the stadium) is the perfect place for supporters of all ages to meet up early, as they soak up the party atmosphere before kick-off. And for those wanting to continue the celebrations post-match, the Fanzone will be open for a further two hours after the final whistle.
Entry to the Fanzone will be FREE OF CHARGE FOR ALL FANS WITH A TESTIMONIAL TICKET, with live entertainment, music, free face painting, competitions and exclusive interviews with ex-players, as well as food and drinks stalls selling a variety of tasty treats and beverages to set you up before the match!
There will also be a kids' football fun activity area costing just £2 an hour per child, where young footballers can hone their own skills before watching the Bhoys in action!

John Mason MSP...take a bow - what a pwick. This needs pushed further. Horrofic from him. Best place to post this I suppose?
Cut and paste below-
An email has surfaced online of an MSP telling a Celtic fan to stop supporting Celtic and support a local team after questions were raised about Glasgow City Councils plans to ban fans from parking near Celtic Park on match days. According to our friends over at CQN the fan in question is Gordon, a disabled fan who hails from Newcastle and frequently visits Celtic Park on match days.
When his concerns were raised to MSP John Mason, this is his alleged response.
Yet the latest farcical episode of an attempt to make it as difficult as possible for football fans to support their team.
With proposed plans to push Celtic fans out of the perimeter of Celtic Park on matchdays, people like Gordon will struggle to make it to watch their team play.
It should also be noted that the same people who are proposing this parking restriction are doing nothing to improve transport on matchdays to offset any problems caused.
It’s okay though, we should just find a local team to support.
Absolute moron.

This will allow him to park in the area designated as being permit parking on match days. Fact is that Blue Badge holders will be some of the few who benefit from the proposal.

Can you get a blue badge if you don't have your own car? Yes - it's allocated to the person to use in any car, as long as they're in it at the time.

The form asks that you put the registration of the car, or cars, most likely to be used, but the person is the certificate holder, not the vehicle. The person can travel and par in any vehicle.

Cheers to all for the info.
One wonders why Mason didn't make that helpful suggestion.

I'd have look at who your following on Twitter. I follow at least a couple of hundred of the Celtic family from Celtic Bars to Celtic book authors. In two years i've saw one inappropriate retweet. They are all boring though, eh? Who cares how many miles the guy from the parlour has ran? Or what moon howler author/blogger is saying about Rangers.
I follow over 900 accounts. Impossible to vet them all and mostly its being RT'd on to the timeline as opposed to posted by a follower.

Yes - it's allocated to the person to use in any car, as long as they're in it at the time. Not much use then if he can't get out of the car to go into the match
