Same hing. Vaticans only there for diplomatic and financial reasons.
Just try to serve a subpoena there though.
Aye, I did a school homework project with the wean recently about Holocaust heroes.

We chose Hugh O’Flaherty. Long story short, The SS couldn’t touch him whilst he was in the Vatican. The SS commander painted a line along the border of Rome and the Vatican and stated that if O’Flaherty stepped over the line he was to be shot.

You're just repeating the claim rather than showing a quote which backs it up.
I read that link and the exact pages.Couldn't see what was claimed. If you can point me to the bit where it says the act is being set up to even things out I would be most grateful.

I’m with this guy ^. Just because you chumps have posted up official minutes, press reports and a video link confirming Grahame expressed her disapproval by saying “it would not be even”, that doesn’t mean she said it. So there - put up or shut up!

I suppose the fact it's in Rome, where the Pope has a house, gives it a different angle.

Plus the fact we're regularly told that your rugby fan is a breed apart from the neanderthal football fan and can be trusted to turn their car into a bar before the game without it descending into a rammy.

Then wouldn't you know it, it seems some of these middle class egg chasers suffer from that same 90-minute bigot syndrome and the rugger is a jolly good way of letting off some steam aster a hard week bagging pheasant.
His Holiness The Pope lives in Vatican City State, not Rome.
That might be the case, but the last time I went to Rome the Vatican was right in the middle of it.

Unless the Vatican had some sort of sonic shield, I'm sure the Pope could have heard the skirl of bagpipes and some pissed bankers seranading him with eff the Pope underneath his balcony.

Are you taking the effing piss?

You had a debate with half of the board yesterday over this exact issue, and over the comments she made. You then argued the toss about it, denying that the act was setup to even the score and spent half the day defending it. Someone even posted a link to the report, including the exact page of the report that contained the forementioned comment, and now you are asking for people to link you to that quote?

Even though you were arguing about the content, you either didn't read it (likely), or have horrific memory issues.

You're just repeating the claim rather than showing a quote which backs it up.
I read that link and the exact pages.Couldn't see what was claimed. If you can point me to the bit where it says the act is being set up to even things out I would be most grateful.

Until The Last Rebel
[ * * * * * * * * * * * * ]
The Green Brigade will be holding a bucket collection outside Celtic Park before the match against Ross County on Saturday 31 March, 2018 to raise funds.

Despite a historic victory for the Celtic support at Parliament on Thursday, our legal bill continues to mount. Group members are currently facing more than 40 charges under the Act and other legislation, for alleged crimes ranging from wearing supposedly offensive t-shirts to singing about where the police can shove their cameras. Meeting these costs makes it increasingly difficult for us to fund the tifos that have become such an integral part of big matches at Celtic Park, Hampden and elsewhere over the past 12 years, improving the atmosphere and inspiring the team on the park.

Throughout that time and many difficulties, we have been able to count on the support and solidarity of our fellow Celtic fans and without you many of the iconic actions of the past - including full stadium displays for our club's 125th anniversary and to celebrate the Lisbon Lions 50 years after their triumph in the European Cup final - would not have been possible, and we are now asking you to help ensure our tifo work continues as our team marches on to 10 in a row. All donations, little and large, will be greatly appreciated.

For those who won't make the game, you can make a donation by PayPal at greenbrigade@hotmail.co.uk.

Until the Last Rebel
