Moaning about people coming in early, not during the game, but during YNWA?

I think we've reached peak KDS up-itselfedness. :lmao:
TBF it is sacrilege to do so, should be made to wait outside until YNWA is done.

Scarfs should be see through too so I can see the thing and not just the back of one scarf. :(

Everyone knows you wait at the end of the row until the Tommy Burns bobblehead lets you through.

Don’t think it’s restricted to early leavers.

There’s a guy that turns up 5 minutes late for every game with two weans in toe. Every game it’s the same. I think they go to the snack bar first.

There’s another guy that sits further along who goes for his Pie after 15 mins and usually the toilet during the 2nd half. 3 times I’m up and down for this clown.

There’s a guy who will turn up tonight because it’s a big game. Usually a women and child who use the seats and he usually piles in mid YNWA which is a real pain in the arse.

I’d say, supporters like these are more hassle than those who decide to get up and go before the game is done.

None of that would really bother me too much. There's an old guy at my bit who turns up 5 minutes late every game, whips out a wee plastic trophy to sit on top of the exit and usually accompanies it with other Celtic memorabilia. Saturday was a Tommy Burns book, in the past it's been DVD's, then he bends down, kisses the steps and blesses himself then heads for his seat. Whenever we score he heads down, grabs the trophy and lifts it to the crowd like he's Billy McNeill in Lisbon. That is starting to do my head in
That's 405 isn't it  I used to sit there and used to witness that every game.

Fatboab, Remy and sometimes Bobby Peru are in that section as well.

I’m late for most home games usually by a minute or so , standing joke with my 2 pals I sit with and the guys I’ve got to know. I sit at the end of a row at a passageway so minimal disruption . This is because I work on a Saturday morning. Never late for an away game though . Bhoy fae Fife who sits next to me ,sometimes fcuks off at half time to go to Parkhead bowling club for a few pints as his bus stops there before every game .

Everyone has a late arriver/early leaver beside them. It's the CL day trippers that do my head in at times. I had a guy beside me at the Astana game who filmed practically the whole 90 minutes. Had another at the PSG game, who kept taking selfies and sending them to his pals during the game.
I don't want to start a Stephane Mahe v Kingslim style debate but there is nothing wrong with that.

Maybe they don't get to go much, and its a big occasion for them.

You don’t seem to want to grasp the fact it’s the exact same people at the same time. It’s not someone going to the toilet, it’s a planned pish, same with the food. Basically, they think eff the que, I’ll go after 15m to save me waiting, same with going for a pish at the same time every week.

So, in a thread where we are moaning about people leaving early/arriving late, we're also moaning about a guy who would rather miss 2 minutes of the game queuing rather than 10? It can't come as a great surprise that nobody wants to stand in a queue for a length of time.
I didny go for a pie until HT on Tuesday, waited the full 15 minutes in the queue, ended up with eff all pie. I suspect this chap has been that sodjer as well.

Thu 14 December 2017

7pm, £2 + £1 booking fee, Theatre
All ages
Book online / 0141 352 4900

In 2011, the Scottish Government in conjunction with the police waged war on football supporters thinking that they would make for an easy target for a cheap political victory.

Arrests were made, tensions were stoked, relationships between all stakeholders strained and fans lives were ruined.

But the fans fought back. Opposition parties united. Scottish civil society spoke out.

Those who were guilty were not sat in the dock or standing on the terraces, but instead sat in Parliament or stood operating police cameras. It is time that they were held to account.
Bump for this.

A week tonight.

Sauchiehall Street.

It will be an eye opener to many and uncover some new information which will hopefully make things pretty uncomfortable for certain protagonists.

I sit right behind this spectacle, and was a few rows away from the old boy before we moved across the gangway. If truth be told, he's a nice wee guy but bit of a pest, one of those guys who constantly makes wise cracks in the hope of getting a laugh from anyone, then he homes in on that guy for the rest of the match with his witty, music hall repartee. His cup was directly in my line of vision on Saturday, the vomitory restricts view as it is and with so much play going down our right side in the 2nd half I was missing action, but someone beat me to it a repositioned it!

It's a film/documentary about the legislation and roles certain people have played throughout its tenure.

This will be followed by Q&A and discussion with a couple of the most prominent figures behind FAC.

Interesting article on BBC website about the Manchester derby - mourinho complaining about Guardiola's political statement (wearing a yellow ribbon in support of the jailed catalan leaders) - anyway, one sentence intrigued me "Uefa changed its regulations before this season so only offensive messages are now considered illicit" - I suppose the question is - offensive to who? Was just wondering if the banners at the Linfield game were considered offensive, or if UEFA's fine was really for Celtic's misdemeanours - bibs & blocked stairs.

Yep.

There is no need to film large chunks of the game when highlights can be easily accessed online. Agree it is a sign of the times, but so unnecessary.
