Samaras like.
That's quite a good shout btw.

Would also explain why some of us think he's the business and others think he's a donkey.
Got similar attributes hasn't he. Got that running style where he seems to get faster the longer he goes. An asset with potential, id keep if we can get a good deal.
No question. There's a player in there

He should do well in the SPL, and on the basis of that likely we'd end up selling him for more.
In a nutshell.

Put it this way he done more in his first 3 minutes of coming on than Demeble had done in the first half....the two of them play well together though, Odsonne is far more mobile and direct than Dembele and this in turn means that Dembele then finds more space in and around the defence. Yes he has to improve on shots per goal ratio but I think that would come with a run of games which he hasn't really had, I like the lad and I would like to see him play as part of a front two more often as I don't think he is suited to a lone striker role, in fact I don't actually think any of our three strikers really enjoy playing as a lone striker.
spot on

The reason we're reluctant to spend big on fees is because the wage usually has to match. He doesn't seem the type to demand £30-40k a week. I like him.

He has looked more than useful at times, but I'm not sure Celtic will pay £7M for him - I'm sure that's the option to buy price - in the summer.
EDIT : Just checked, the price is 10M Euros, which is near enough £9M.

Seems more dangerous playing slightly to the left. Not as effective though the middle . Brings the best in Moussa to. I would start him next weekend

Where did you see that price?

If it's 6-8 million then I wouldn't have a problem with it, I'd say it's he going rate for a striker with that potential.

Was just wondering how that pair would fare myself. It could free Griffiths up a bit from bringing others into play, playing with back to goal etc. and allow him to focus on the best parts of his game.

Needs to work on his finishing. His shot for the goal was going out for a throw in! His all round game is good though.

Would like to see him start against Rangers. Might not fit Rodgers shape on how he would like to start the match but Sinclair just been been effective this past few months

I like him too and think we should buy him. I'd like to see him starting more too in the same team as Dembele.

On a more general point, I only saw the highlights last night, but if Sinclair had missed those chances a lot of people would have been on his back from the start. The deflected goal would have been put down to good fortune and weighed against his earlier misses.

Not saying that Sinclair didn't have a poor game or shouldn't have been hooked, or that Eduouard wasn't the main difference. Just an observation that people reaction to the same incidents can go from relaxed and understanding to unrelenting fury. I think when an opinion is formed about a player then that carries on into the next game and the one after, which is why people earlier this year were saying Forrest never had a good season until last year, Brown was finished, Lustig is done etc.

There are loads of reasons for a loss of form but as a general point I think quality players would have been given longer to play out of it than they are now. As the old Liverpool banner said, class is permanent, form is temporary. I think Sinclair will come good again, maybe with us, maybe somewhere else, I've no idea. People like to write players off early doors now, like being the first one to announce a death on Twitter before someone has even died.

Eddie is a cracking option but I think Sinclair will still have an important part to play before the season is out.
