Have seen worse debuts
Seriously Jim,a goal, an assist and a header off the bar and he's just arrived in the country, knows none of his teammates and cant speak a word of english.
Don't think we are disagreeing at all ...my comment was very obviously tongue in cheek ;)

Excellent debut...looks very promising indeed

Looks better than Dembele did first few games.
Pace to burn and a great first touch gives him the edge.
Probably be our no.1 by January. :)

quite enjoyed his debut, that pitch is murder so I can't criticise his overall game but his pace, power, direct running & ability in the air will stand him in good stead, took his goal very well too, we'll be ok with this kid in the team.

I'm new. Be gentle.
Very good debut, looks raw but look at what Brendan has done with every other player he gets a hold of, could be another world class player.

After tonight (and a few other clangers) he'd better be watching his back. ;)

The bhoy did good. Pace to burn, a decent first touch, mobile and powerful. Defenders in Scotland have another nightmare to worry about. You could see he is still a bit raw and he is not yet on the same wavelength as the others, but given time, we might just have another gem on our hands.

He looks like a very good prospect. Having 3 good strikers is a wonderful dilemma to have.

Too early to tell if he's anywhere as good as Moussa or Griff but the debut was promising. At the very least he's a competent backup with signs he could be a lot more.

I loved the dinked-chip to Sinclair in the second half. Looks a player.

Truly can't remember the last time our attacking options were as plentiful and balalnced across the pitch.

Really impressed with his upper body strength for someone as young as 19. He took his goal really well although he was aided by the centre half coming out of position at the 1-2.

Think he'll do well, especially on better surfaces than that crap last night.

Rodgers said: "The kid has left Paris, it has been training in Glasgow all week.

"He trained in floodlights on Tuesday at 11 o'clock (in the morning), I looked at him sometimes, he probably wondered what he let himself in for.

"But his running ability, speed, power and profile suits how we play and he is very hungry and his view of the game was exceptional tonight.

"He wants to run behind which is important in my team and he wants to score goals.

"The biggest compliment he gets tonight is he got a massive round of applause at the end from all the players and staff in the changing room afterwards because it is was a great start to his Celtic career."
