The fact that he gave us a penalty and sent an opposition player off (2 decisions he really had no option but to make) will probably gloss over the fact that McLean was effing useless yesterday. That decision at the end where Sinclair was being fouled over a 50 yard run and he didn't give it was laughable. A special mention as well for the North Stand linesman who was incapable of making any decisions, even ones that were right in front of him, without checking with McLean first.

Just how much do these guys get paid to be this incompetent?
they get a wage rise the closer we get to 10 in a row.

I just watched the Motherwell v Rangers game replay there. The penalty given for Rangers was
never a pen. The ref had his haun up so quick. dear dear.

It does suggest they are just a dirty bastards in general, rather than just “against us”. In this league it’s an important distinction to make.
Gardyne seems particularly aggressive against us. Gave izzy a couple a sore ones in the past too.
We’ll put that down to McDowalls influence on him.

I’m quite confident in saying that we have the lowest collective amount of stoppage time over a league season. Especially at the home games.

Same again yesterday, 6 subs and 2 second half goals - 1 minute added. I’ve never seen that in the EPL or any of the other top leagues in Europe.
Keeping time is the most basic of all refereeing duties and these masonic goons can't even get that right.

I'm pretty sure that the referees have blown the half time whistle shy of the 45 min mark on several occasions this season.

It reminds me of being back playing youth football. If one team was scudding another quite often the ref would call time early “for the sake of the kids” :nono:

When I was at school the headmaster would give out the weekend football results of the various age groups representing the school. He gave one particularly successful group an absolute roasting one day for beating another school 21-0, said they should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves for humiliating another catholic school in that fashion and didn’t want to see it happening again

I remember being a raging wee 13 year old when the ref called time about 10-15 mins early as we were winning by about 12 goals. Still haven’t forgiven him.

just saw hibs goals

maclaren scores the first when he's right in the middle of the goal, moves to the side to celebrate, jumps over the board and runs into the fans with boyle who had set up the goal

no booking

are we the only team in the league that gets players booked for this?

that would be an interesting stat

Even in the 1st half - County keeper went down injured and was subbed as a result. Add that to the general stoppage of play and we should've been looking at 2 or 3 minutes added - it was 1. :cuckoo:

I'm sure there is a get out for the ref to do with whether fans rush to the front/there is a crowd safety implication.

Seem to remember the SFA website had an article each week explaining decisions. It quickly had to get scrapped due to the glaring "inconsistencies" with us and the huns. Jvh got sent off and missed a big game for a second yellow. A hun did the exact same the following week and no action.

Could easily have cost us a game we should be winning comfortably. There was nothing bizarre about it - it was blatant
