Is that 1 red card for an opposition player in our last 47 domestic matches?

When you see McLean today, and Lafferty 3 weeks ago, and Stockley in the Cup Final, it's hard not to form the opinion that refs will do anything to avoid sending one of our opponents off.

It's now ok to punch one of our players without a red card.

Astonishing

I actually thought Collum wasnt that but until they scored, then he went into full " Honest Mistake" mode and gave us nothing. He watched Mclean throw a punch ,has to be a red.
He's a carrot :suspect:

I like this new " make it up as you go along" style refereeing from Collum. Should make for some interesting games in the months ahead. His booking of Lustig was baffling at best, and the failure to send off McLean was quite unbelievable. Last season our opponents were allowed to kick feck out us with impunity. This season, it looks like you can add punching in the face.

We've been batting on about Collum for a number of years now and I just came to the conclusion he was incompetent. However after what I saw today there is something more sinister amiss. And why didn't the linesman at that side (Ross??) not pipe up too?
However I'm sure Brendan still won't be rushing into introducing the bad refereeing into his training schedules any time soon.

Incredible from Collum today, as clear a red card as you will ever see. Not for that bug eyed wee bastard though.

Despite the positive transformation in our club since Rodgers arrived I really do feel we should be speaking out against consistently poor refereeing decisions more frequently, it's the one thing that still grates with me, we just seem to accept the refs cheating/bias/incompetence week after week.
That was beyond belief from Collum today.

Collum is a useless arsehole. I've still not forgiven him for giving the penalty when Broadfoot dived. He was hopeless today but don't expect him to be relegated to the lower leagues like Beatton was after the Hibs v Sevco game :brickwall:

An astonishing display today. Not even subtle about it.

Douglas Ross is a carrot, too.

Only in Scottish football would you have a Conservative MP running the line in a game featuring Celtic.

The guy has no positional sense either, constantly in the way of our attacking play.

Is that the linesman who probably had a good view of the punch?

I've previously said collum is one of our best refs.

I was wrong.

They are all as bad as each other.

Thought so too, once they took the lead he did his best to make sure they kept it.

I couldn't believe it when he pulled out a yellow. It was a perfect right jab. A disgrace.

Some of them I think could be cheats. I tend to think Collum is just very, very poor at his job and maybe too arrogant or stupid to do anything about it.

Tierney once again is not given the protection that should be given by officials in enforcing the bloody laws...days before the international break.

And people wonder why the national team doesn't achieve.

Tierney got punched in the effing face FFS

How he can see that and give a yellow is absolutely insane.

He was woeful today. Missing handballs, thinking a punch is only a yellow card offence, warning the St J goalkeeper about timewasting then doing nothing about it when it continued to happen and continually getting in the way of play. An absolute joke of a referee.
