Huns a bunch of crying bastards but I think we should adopt their response after each and every game that we get kicked all over the park. That'd be twice weekly btw.

Is it true the linesman came in to the Celtic dressing room and apologised for the decision?
Only for Fearghas to step in and tell them that the Linesman was wrong about being wrong.
He’d start a fight in an empty house, hes on the ignore list that one.

One aspect of the refereeing performance on Sunday that’s been completely overlooked is not once but twice did a player have a very obvious head injury, and twice McLean didn’t stop play. I cannot see how he could justify that, playing advantage or not. There’s an element of subjectivity about other decisions, jumping with your arms extended, or not seeing a player lash out at another while lying on the ground.

But there’s not excuse for ignoring the two head injuries. Mclean has put players at risk as much as Bowman or Cardozo, possibly even more so.

Check the penalty McLean did not give PT last night.

Imrie uses two hands to protect his wee face to push the ball away. No penalty.

Not sure how bad you have to be before getting demoted as a ref in this country.

He’s the very definition of consistency.

An abject failure every single game.

I think I said in here how I was talking to a UEFA assistant referee (linesman) and he said that a lot of people couldn't understand how Dallas had got to where he is as he was a poor referee.
He didn't come right out and say it but obviously his dad still has influence.

I’ve posted the story of Dallas in the juniors on here a few times. One of my mates was a Grade 3 ref at the same time as Dallas jnr. It was standard practice for younger refs to be given more experienced assistants so they had someone reliable to turn to if things got a bit out of hand. Many of the senior guys point blank refused to work with Dallas as he was an arrogant wee dick who had decided that he would decide offsides etc, not the assistants. Quite a few talented young refs chucked it when he was promoted ahead of them as his ability simply didn’t merit it.

Said it before on here, Charlie Richmond was straight up asked on Off The Ball if Dallas Jr had been fast-tracked, the answer was yes. Refereeing is a skill that has to be learned through experience, not learned in a classroom. He may have passed his referee exams but check out his LinkedIn profile....Maybe needs to brush up on English?

Catagory 1 Referee, dontcha kno'

Credit where it's due, the ref (Danny McSomethin) had a very good game. Never see a Scottish ref putting 6mins up on the board at Celtic Park when we're needing an equaliser.

Just apply the rules. Throw in taken from where the ball went out. St Johnstone player steals 10 yards for where Bitton mis controlled on the half way line, throw up to McLean and we concede a corner. Madden is in line where they ball went out but does fek all to bring it back. Defo think he's for the watching :)
