It's fine. Who gives a hoot really. Everyone always gets worked up over the new kit every year, and it's always the worst one ever. But why does it actually matter that much to anyone?
I don't want to look ridiculous at mass on a Sunday.
 superb

We,ve had that before (John Collins time?)

And some didn't like it because it was described as "bars" and not "hoops"

Not as straightforward as it first seems to do something different to a classic.

Look at what we have done to the away and third choice kits through the years. Some of them could have come out an asylum.

The biggest problem for Celtic home kits is there is only so much you can do with the "hoops" without changing them dramatically.

It's all about selling for the club and the makers so you have to bring something different out from the previous.

The biggest complaint about this strip seems to be broken hoops. Well it's not really, only the sleeves. And if it didn't have that then it would look almost identical to this years that everyone loves. Will you go out and pay £50 for almost the same shirt?

As for sponsor logos, well they pay the cash so there name goes on the shirt.

Club badges could be of higher quality right enough.

It's actually more difficult to work/change an iconic design like the hoops than it is with a plain full body colour shirt like MUFC and the rest.
I get that but...

Spoiler: click to toggle

we've had strips with anything between 4 and 7 green hoops, maybe try bigger hoops like the above?
Said that for some years now, would like them to be a bit bolder and do one with 2-3 hoops or perhaps green sleeves.

If nothing else, just to see the reaction of people on here.

So on reflection, I think long-sleeved unsponsored won't be awful.

Also, anyone who thinks this is worse than the hideous Nike one with the seven tiny white hoops inside each green hoop doesn't deserve eyes. It's rank, but not that rank.

Is that a discreet tartan pattern in the material also? Seems more noticeable in the green hoops in the Broony photo. Maybe a trick of the light...

I really like the current top, I wouldn't wipe my backside on the new one if I was caught short in a town centre with shampoo running down my legs and it was the only thing to hand. Absolutely despise football tops with buttons. Wouldn't take one if you paid me.

Seeing it on Moussa there, the cartoon element of the sponsor is the only major flaw

Cast iron proof that Moussa's here next season. At least some good has come from all this.

Came here to see how the unveil went (but its this evening) but see Moussa covering up the betting logo - good man

TBF the green socks will make a nice change but Fitzpas covered it all couple of pages back: the panels by the arms, the 'piping' round the collar - just looks nasty. The check is a detail we dont need, its too busy.

Looks well skin tight too so unless they offer a different cut to the players version we'll enjoy it exaggerating all the XXXL gloried bellies & bumps of the average supporter.

If they've tried to be different with it, a *ahem* 'soft reboot' of the first hoops then fair enough, but it hasnt been executed very well. I'll wager its not going to sell anywhere near the same amount as this years. You then add in NB trying to muster interest by sending folk to a Facebook page that then tries to sell you Liverpool training gear.

We must confuse them, its the only explanation.

Eh? Surely you'd be less likely to wipe your arse with a top that you did like. Please explain your thinking.
