Certainly won't lose that next season.
Unless a hun runs off with it.

Mitre again?

We should be using the Champions League matchball (or as similar as we can get).

I imagine that Mitre offers a cheaper alternative to the adidas model that the SFA uses for internationals and SC semi-finals and finals.

The mitre deal is sponsorship. Mitre sponsor the SPFL and provide match balls. The adidas ones are due to SFA contracts

I've mentioned it a few times, but I once heard Scott McDonald talk about the difference between the ball used in the CL and the SPL ones. He said it took a while in a game to get used to the CL one zipping about.

Seems a no-brainer for our league to use the same bloody ball.

Mitre's footballs are of better quality than Adidas apparently.

Don't see why it's fecking yellow again though.

I ordered new kits for my two boys and me before the pre-order deadline of last Friday. No sign as of this morning , I phoned and was told order was not yet dispatched as one of the socks for my youngest lad was out of stock. Order value was £253 including express delivery , which I assumed would get the order on day of release. Disappointed I had to phone them as no-one had let me know. They are now taking 10% off price and dispatching today , socks to come later. I told them I did not want to disappoint my oldest lad going to cup final with no new strip , especially as it's a birthday present .

You always get mix ups but hard when it happens to you. Would recommend people phone if still waiting .

Wimp.

Clearly never faced one of these when slightly deflated.

We often used the Sports Direct Heidmelter, which was a cheap football that had been used so much that all the coating had word away and exposed a tumor-like bit of orange bladder. Was a 50-50 chance that when you headed it, it'd either bounce off in some odd direction, or the little pieces of leftover plastic from the coating would tear your face off. Only time you were safe is if it was wet, in which case the thing became so water logged you couldn't get it more than a foot off the ground.

Was I correct in noticing that the short sleeve top has gold turnovers on the sleeves?
