Hope so.....I've always thought that a plain, Lisbon style hooped retro shirt without the 'European cup winners 1967' imprint would be a big seller. Not sure why it hasn't been done...can't imagine copyright for a plain hooped shirt :ponder:
I remember thinking  when I first saw this.
http://www.copafootball.com/en/designed-by-t-shirts/6635-celtic-captain-t-shirt-green-white.htm?color=white%3bgreen&size=s

But noticed the armband.

And then the number on the back.

These fluorescent efforts are great if your under 14.
If you're well over 6ft like me though and have bigger tits than your wife then you look like an absolute walloper.

I'm old school as far as football shirts are concerned. Luminous green...no thanks.

We can get away with green because it's usually the white in our regular kit that clashes with the other team's. There really aren't many teams around that wear green for some reason.

We've very rarely had white away/3rd kits, and when we have they've hardly ever been used.

Call me old fashioned and yes, I'm an old fogey.

Always like the 1960's early 70's solid green top, with, I think a white collar and cuffs, or was it just solid green. :ponder: Bloomin memory.

Going way back we used a green and white vertical striped top, with harp badge in 1890's. Definitely think I have an issue.

Pink top was utter nonsense.
The pink top was fine. It was absolutely fine.

The logic behind doing it as a throwback to the Lisbon ticket stubs was nonsense.

I had that. Then wore it. I quickly came to the realisation it wasn't for me. Away it went to the charity shop.

Have to say I think this could great. Would prefer a black top with bright green band across the chest like the bit shown here, but description makes me think this will be mostly bright green.

The vintage replica England shirts hat Umbro released (5 plus years ago-ish :ponder: ) looked really well done (particularly the pale blue 1970 aertex World Cup shirt) and even featured the period correct Umbro branding to the bottom hem.

Always surprised that Umbro didn't see fit to add the classic Hoops to that Icons range. I'd pay good money for one.

The banner at the top of the page used to have King Kenny wearing a dark green, plain away top from the 70's, looked amazing. The bumble bee sort of strips are awful.

Just avoid playing the third kits in Europe and it'll be a skoosh.

I'd have thought lime green would get more love here, all things considered. All for neon colors, if in a simple cut.
