Sports journalist mate of mine in Dublin says speculation he's heard is that Everton are considering a bid. He's a toffee so there might be something in it. A wee bidding war would be nice.

I'm surprised Southampton haven't been linked. They're supposed to be looking at Daniel Sturridge, who has had many more injury issues than Moussa, though considerably older.

I'm going to predict that at the end of the transfer window Dembele will still be here.

I'd expect so. His replacement won't be as good as he is, if he's worth £30m in Jan, he'll be worth at least £30m in June and we need all the help we can get in Europe. It'd be bonkers to sell now, unless there's some sort of mental 6 month loan back bundled in.

I think it's a matter of when, not if, Dembele goes. I'd hate to see him go to some mid-table English mob though and certainly not for a penny less than our board value him at.

No idea whether he wants to be here or not. He's been below-par in recent months but here's hoping he can kick in on in the second half of the season. Given the money that gets thrown around down south, getting back to goal-scoring form will ensure he goes for a tidy sum as and when the time comes.
Would you rather he went to a mid level EPL team for a fortune
Or to a big club for less?
Mid-table team for a fortune. Every time.

I think he's better than a mid-table team but that's for him to prove, not us.

I don't think we've any realistic chance of beating Zenit, if a big bid comes in I think we're better accepting it and giving Edouard more time so we can see whether or not we should sign him. Even if Dembele goes this window I don't think we'll sign another striker.

There last match was Dec 11th and their next competitive match will be 15th against us so that will feature heavily in our favour

He is most probably going this window.

Money is right for club and his agent is trying to get a team to suit him both parties have agreed to this.

For whatever reason, he doesn't look fully committed. So it's probably time to say goodbye.

If his agent is still trying to find a team to suit him, how can the money be "right"?

Maybe not clear enough.

Club have agreed to let him go if money is right.

He wants to go to the right type of club and if the money is right club have told him he can go this window.

I was told that by my relative who works at Celtic 4 weeks ago.

I don't think he's going to be much help to us anyway, going by his last game. We'd be as well off going with Griffiths and Edouard.
I'd cash in on him right now and spend the cash on strengthening where we need it.

I see. Much like most of our squad though.

I'd doubt any of them (maybe Brown and at a push KT aside) who said they aren't interested step in playing elsewhere. Similarly Celtic would happily punt any of them for the right price.

Brighton doesnt seem like the place he'll end up at.

There are so many bigger clubs that should be interested in him - Everton, Southampton, AC Milan are obvious ones but even Man U, Chelsea or Arsenal could do with better strength up front.

He was shampooe on Saturday and took the piss goin off but he's a heck of a player and should go for around 30m. Even at that he's prob very good value. Anything less than 20 and we should be reporting a robbery to the police. He was worth that 2 years ago before he proved he can score goals against some of the best teams in the world.

Except it sounds like Dembele's agent is actively trying to find him a club unlike most others in the team?

I don't watch a lot of premiership football but decided to watch arsenal V chelsea tonight. My son tells me the chelsea forward cost them £70 million. He was pish. We are going to get way more than 20 for Dembele.
