Needs a break
He's had one.

Hardly. Not starting but still coming off the bench isn't exactly a rest.

Fwiw, he spent most of the first half last night occupying an area of the park directly opposite my seat. You can talk about lack of service all you like but the movement to create the space and close down defenders wasn't the same as it was earlier this season, he looked laboured and slow in the first half especially.

After reading through the Leigh Griffiths thread I thought Moussa had gone months without scoring.

His last goal was six games ago.

Since then he has started four games.

I would argue his last good performance was v Man City.

He isn't firing just now but it is hardly the catastrophe his detractors are making out.

He should sit a game or 2 out.

Really good, not just because he scored but overall he looked a lot sharper. Hamilton defenders looked afraid of him at times.

Bullies defenders. He's a superb striker, looked like he did before his dip in form.

Wasn't great when he came on but today wasn't the day to judge any of our players bar their attitude. I dont think any of our players were lacking in attitude today.

Eh? Few dodgy moments on a terrible surface but he held the ball up fantastically well

Played fine. We're fortunate to have the best two strikers in the country and it's a nice dilemma for the manager to have.

With regards to his performance today, I wish he was less wasteful. He's the best striker at the club by a distance but he doesn't half make the wrong choice a lot of the time. I guess that's because he's 20 but nevertheless, he only looks a £20m striker in flashes.

im grateful to Leigh for his goals but Moussa is the better forward. We started to cause more problems when he came on mainly due his ability to hold off defenders and bring players in.
