Quoting limited to 3 levels deep
Just obvious areas of his game that needed attention.
I'm glad you were able to send on to the coaching staff analysis like "His close ball control in and around the box is non existent as is his heading ability" and "Tell me what he brings then because I sure can't see it". To graciously come on here and let us know you were right all along is a touch of class, well done.
Spectacular.

I've watched Dembele and commented on his ability since day one. I've mentioned where he's good and where's he's poor. The coaching staff have also taken these points on board and worked 1-1 with him to improve his overall game. He's not quite there yet but close to being a very good striker. Enjoy the ride.
Cheers mate, did you just fire an email up to Lennoxtown or does Brendan log in to check your posts?

I didn't notice last night but Moussa plays a huge part in the 2nd goal. He brilliantly controls a goal kick from Gordon, holds off his marker and then lays it back to Bitton. He should start every game we play in Europe. As for The SPFL, there is no reason why Leigh & Moussa can't have plenty of game time.

Going to be even better than Wanyama. In years to come we will say the nest since Moosa :worthy:

Fair play to Brendan and the coaching staff, and to Moussa for the hard work he is clearly putting in on the training ground.
The improvement in his all-round play since the start of the season is phenomenal.
Strikers thrive on confidence and the manager has done everything he can to bolster the lad, who looked very nervous in his first few games - understandably so, given his age.
There is a lot more to come from him, especially when it comes to running with the ball and picking the right passes, but he clearly loves scoring goals, and that’s a priceless asset.
Brendan has shown a willingness to play both Dembele and Griffiths, which is what we might see in some SPFL games in the coming months.
One thing’s for sure, if Moussa keeps improving at this rate the big spenders will be knocking down our door next summer for him.

I wonder if he saw Griff coming on made him run back that 50 yards to make the tackle 'one last effort and my nights done..... hold on that's not my number ..balls '

I'm enjoying watching him improving under BR. He scored 18 goals? for Fulham, who were fighting relegation last season which was great going. He could have chased bigger money but decided to come here to gain experience at a massive club and play in Europe. He's only just in the door and I don't want to think about him moving on. Hope we get at least a couple of seasons out of him.

The big man and Sinclair along with Griffiths are players who have us expecting to bang in a few goals every week and it's great to be looking forward to the next match with such relish.

effing phenomenal last night. Seen people blaming him for the pass to Brown, but personally thought that Scott was half asleep. Was kinda obvious Moussa was looking for the pass inside.

The best striking performance I can remember from a Celtic player in Europe for some time. Delighted for him.

How many years did we get him signed to? Just 3? :suspect:
4 I think
It is a four year deal from 1st July this year.

That's superb then. 2 years then papped off then I'd imagine.

Brilliant player. Couldn't care less what he goes for. I'd prefer him to just be here for at least three or four years helping us mop up spectacular amounts of silverware.

Agreed. He was Moussa's only out ball but had totally switched off and reacted very late to the pass

Think Brendan will be able to persuade him to stay for another season. If only young players like him had his agent, who knows the wealth will come in time but to have the experiences of last night are worth their weight in gold.
